CVS has taken up the practice of filling prescriptions for 90 days without so much as asking if that is how you want it filled! They don't even bother to tell you that, you discover it after you leave with your prescriptions that you just purchased 90 days instead of 30. Also, they are awful at answering their line in the pharmacy. They don't ever answer the phone. Forget trying to ask a question. I'll be moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy and never will use CVS again. I hope they end up closing down because they suck. read more

This is not the pharmacy to go to if you need your prescriptions on time. If you are not happy with your service don't bother telling the Pharmacist. He is very passive aggressive. It will do nothing for you but make you feel like you are being talked down to. Moving all my prescriptions just so I do not have to deal with him. At least at Alvin Care Pharmacy they treat you respectfully and try to help you with issues. read more

Their photo printing is garbage. I ordered two different photos from Wal Mart last night that will be used to sell with autographs. Once I saw they turned out well in the sizes I ordered them in, I decided to order ten more (five of each) from CVS since it is more local and also has one hour printing. I paid for the photos and checked them in my car, stupid me. They were incredibly pixelated and very, very red. The website didn't give any sort of warning that the photos would print in poor quality for that size. I'm usually not a complainer, but they were pretty horrid, so I go back inside to show the cashier who handed the photos to me in the first place. She pretty much tells me it's too bad and that they aren't in control of how well or poorly the photos were printed. The 50% off on photos that CVS offered initially is silly considered I still paid for garbage in the end. The ONLY reason I didn't give this one star is because, despite being told "tough cookie" on the horribly printed photos I ordered, the store was clean as usual and the cashier was at least nice about it. read more

CVS is a good all round pharmacy. They are very busy, but fast and efficient. They could be 5 stars, but not a smile to be had in the pharmacy. read more

This location is clean but pharmacy hours are not the same as store hours and dropping off a prescription should not take 35 minutes to fill it when no one else is in line waiting . I think management should really consider suggesting that staff are a little more friendly and considerate read more

I stopped going to this pharmacy a couple of years ago. I had all by prescriptions transferred to Medicine Man even though CVS is only a quarter mile from my house. No matter if you go through drive through or take prescriptions inside, they take forever. I heard they do this on purpose so you'll shop around while waiting and spend money. They mail you a 30‰ off your purchase coupon that is not good on sale items and guess what, almost everything in store has a yellow sale ticket. read more

The pharmacy is atrocious. There is always a problem when I go to pick up my monthly prescription. Either they don't have it or their computers are "down". Their cashier, older lady with short hair and glasses, is very slow and thinks it's ok to blurt out what medications you're picking up in front of a lot of other people. The younger blond woman with whom you drop off your prescription with is VERY rude and unfriendly. I was just there and had to wait an hour for them to rerun my prescription with my insurance, something I was told would only take 15 min. I finally got tired of waiting and went back to the counter only to learn that it has been sitting there ready for awhile and no one informed me, just left me to wait there till I got sick of it. I will never be back. read more
