The space is very clean and well-organized, and the customer service is top notch. The waiting room is spacious with about four seats, and they even offer free refrigerated bottled water, which is a nice touch. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, and the last time I was there they were playing good music at just the right volume--not too loud, not too soft. When I call they know exactly who my mother is. She's not a number to them. One time the pharmacist personally drove my mother's meds to her assisted living place. Another time the pharmacist called to alert me that someone was trying to collect information from the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS). Apparently my mother "agreed" to take their survey but he knew that I am her power of attorney and she was not in her right mind to make that call. I am so grateful to this pharmacy.
