He even answered the window when they were at lunch because he knew I was heading to the airport. I truly appreciate his professionalism, and kindness. Horrible bad serves, man behind the count had the line growing to resemble a Star Wars movie opening at a theatre. His pharmacy buddies would not help him out. Coarse it did not help that the man ringing people up was trying to do it as slow as possible. Close this store down, a parking lot would be more useful. read more

I called this CVS pharmacy to transfer some prescriptions. I wish that I could provide insight into the staffs' courtesy, punctuality, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I cannot do so because no one answered my call even though I waited on hold for forty-five (45) minutes. I made a second telephone call but again received no answer. In the end, I contacted another local pharmacy that answered my telephone call immediately and readily assisted me. read more

I picked up 4 pill of Amoxicillin and it cost $11.00. This place was closer so I thought it waould be more convenient. Well I will not go back because I have never paid that much for this perscription. Should have gone to Publix or Walgreens, always a better deal. read more

Pharmacy staff & checkout staff were extremely rude and not friendly. FIRST OFF, this pharmacy leaves you on hold for VERY along. Father was in need of insulin needles and pharmacy tech was inconsiderate to him on the phone even though he had a prescription, saying "I can't just give these (the needles) to any person off the street" -- while this is probably policy and very true, he had a prescription. In addition, when we went to pick up my father's prescription, we were at self-checkout in the front. My father accidentally scanned a coupon left from another purchase and the self-checkout computer locked up and said that a checkout associate would come over and fix it. When the checkout associate, a young and short, dark-haired girl with glasses approached us to fix the machine, she very rudely told my father to move over so she can fix the machine. He explained that he accidentally scanned a receipt and that's why the machine required assistance and then she came out and said in tone and with an attitude "well it's not going to work if it's for someone else." Overall, a bad experience and would not recommend going there if you're looking for kind associates and technicians to assist you. read more

Have been using pharmacies for more than 30 years - this is the best one I have worked with. For the last 2 years Chris has been a tremendous help. He has patiently answered all my questions about my meds and I consider him a wonderful resource. I quit going to Publix when I found out they were buying so many drugs from China to get the cheapest prices. read more

I was moving and needed some paper to wrap dishes & saw that they had a tuesday Times herald buried under USA today papers & it was late Thursday eve. She would only sell it to me and not give it because she insisted that she could not only sell the paper, but that there are people always interested in buying 3 day old newspapers to see what news is happening. I feel bad for people that go out of their way to lie and to not help people. I could not care less about the paper, but don't treat me like I am an idiot! If someone did buy that Tuesday paper on Friday so you can see what has been going on in the news lately please contact me, I know a publix where you can stick ur head in a blood pressure machine and get ur head examined. read more

I tried to get medicine for my daughter and I asked the pharmacist for a suggestion. She just told me to look down The aisle and didn't bother to come out and help. All she was doing was complaining about some trip she was going on and getting up early on the weekends. I couldn't find the medicine and just left and went elsewhere. Very unprofessional. I love this CVS Pharmacy. I know it sounds silly to say this but at this location they are just so nice!! The cashier,pharmacist,pharmacy tech, everyone!! They are never too busy,never a long wait for prescriptions and you can use the CVS card to get cash back! I love when i can use a $5 credit as cash!! read more

I have to say that since I moved to my new condo about 2 minutes away from this CVS, I have been very pleased up until last night. It was late when I got off work, and I was exhausted. I didn't notice the CVS was closed when I arrived about 10:15ish. I was sitting in my car finishing a conversation I was having with a friend on the phone which only lasted a few minutes. And I was planning on going inside the store, when a younger man abrasively came up to my car and started yelling at me telling me to get out of the parking lot now, that the store is closed. He said it so aggressively and scary that I felt in danger. He repeated it twice, and because I was afraid he was going to pull a gun or something on me, I left in fear. I was so distraught after that, I ended up filing a police report of the incident. I did notice his car when he drove away that evening. I went the next day after I got off work to get what I was going to get the night before, and noticed his car parked on the side of the CVS parking lot. I figured he might be the manager. When I went inside, I had asked to speak with the manager, which they got him to talk to me. He recognized me, just like I recognized him. I told him how uncomfortable that was when he approached my car so aggressively. He responded so heartless, and said that he couldn't leave work till everyone is out of the parking lot. I told him that he could of handled it a lot less aggressive, and it's about character at the end of the day, not about treating someone poorly because you want to go home. I could see if I was there for an extended amount of time. But for a few minutes, that is not what I deserved. I wonder how he treats his employees when he manages. I am very concerned for that whole store to be honest. read more

Two of the pharmacy techs at this location are VERY rude. The one in particular is beyond rude, she is downright evil. Why I continue to go to this location I don't know. I am unsure of her name but she is probably in her 60's, blonde hair, tanned wrinkled skin and always has crazy colored long nails. No matter what the case is every time I go there she gives me a hard time about something. Today she refused to let me fill a partial prescription even after the pharmacist from a few days prior told me he could give me a couple pills to get by. This was NOT even a narcotic/controlled substance! It was just my everyday medication that I take. I was going on day three without it because they were out of stock the first time I was there (3 days ago) so the pharmacist on that day told me I could have at least one dose to get by until their shipment came in. When I went back today she first told me I had no. When I explained that the pharmacist said it was ok she argued with me and told me to leave! I asked to speak with the pharmacist that was there and she told me she was busy, she slammed the windows shut and put a bar over them as if I was going to try and break in? LOL I hit the call button hoping someone else would come over to the window but EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER just walked on by. I started waving my hands to get their attention and they yelled through the window that they were calling the cops on me! I thought sure, call them! When they showed up I explained the situation and they finally decided to fill my prescription for me! It should NOT take a law enforcement officer to fill a prescription!!! read more
