It was tempting to order the waffle staple Chicken & Waffles but the one that caught my eye on the savory waffles list was the Big Breakfast, a waffle with ham & cheese baked in. That sounded good, and it was. While I would have preferred having more ham involved, the waffle was cooked perfectly. Cheese was both inside and sprinkled outside, and being topped with an egg topped off my breakfast. And while I enjoyed my food a customer at another table had a waffle with three peaks of whipped cream. I wanted one of those too. Next time. I liked the place, situated along historic Palm Ave, historic until whatever is getting built along the other side of the road gets finished. Stopped by with my toddler, who was a little fussy, but she absolutely loved it here! Our server, Sierra, was awesome--super friendly and great with my daughter. The food was fantastic! She had the Apple Pie Belgian, and I had the Bacon & Eggs Belgian. Both were delicious, and we even had leftovers for the ride home. The atmosphere was so much fun. My daughter and I loved all the hanging plants and vines, and the cool apes wearing sunglasses while eating waffles were such a fun touch. Definitely a fun vibe with great food and excellent service. I went with their churro (cinnamon-sugar, melted butter, and chocolate sauce), and my husband ordered apple pie (apple pie filling, cinnamon-sugar, and whipped cream). The waffles were great. They were warm and chewy on the outside with a slight crisp on the exterior. I appreciated that the toppings were all served on the side, as it made for a customizable experience. My husband also had their homemade sausage roll made with real puff pastry, which he said was amazing. What I also appreciated are the large number of side options. We got off the ship early in Grand Cayman with all the shops closed until 9. Outdoor seating with some tables inside to enjoy your food. Clean restaurant with everything being made to order. Up front they had a pastry case one item being the sausage roll. Not big but full of flavor that I had to order another. Was told if they ran out it would be another 25 minutes to make them. Waffle combo's were all amazing and we added some of the homemade whip cream to the order. Do not forget to do this! We really enjoyed this cute restaurant. It was comfortable and airy with lots of seats. We were greeted by a friendly server and she was also assisted by a kind and hospitable gentleman. I started out with a vanilla latte which was very tasty! Then I ordered the Salty Pig waffle which included yummy bacon cooked just the way I like it, slightly crisp but not all around hard. We saw this place had good reviews so decided to try it out. After 20 minutes of being sat down and no one checking on us we waived a waiter down who said there was a miscommunication and someone will be right with us. We also heard her saying something similar to the people next to us. Our spots at the bar wasn't cleaned either. The waffles took over 40 minutes to come out and the food was pretty pricey as well. I order an egg (1 for 3$) and bacon (4 pieces for 5$) on the side and they were good but nothing special. They did give us a discount and thanked us for our patience which was nice, but I will stick with keke's from now. read more

Unfortunately, I have no idea how the food is because the waitress's attitude made it clear she didn't want our business. My friend and I were told we could sit at an outside table, so we did. Shortly after, the waitress came out and abruptly said, "You can't sit here--there's a line!" We explained that we had been told we could sit there. She walked away with an obvious attitude. A few minutes later she came back out. At that point, I was hoping she might apologize or at least offer us coffee while we waited, especially since it was busy. Instead, we were told it could be more than 10 minutes before we would even get coffee. That's not how I want to start my Saturday morning. This happened around 10:30 a.m. on 3/14/26. I will give 2 stars for air conditioning and good lighting. Other than that, experience was horrible. Wednesday morning (6.24), came in for breakfast after reading reviews. One person covering whole dining area. She later told us only one cook in kitchen and the two of them were running the whole restaurant. While waiting an extremely long time, the couple beside us at another table decides to leave and notifies her to cancel their order. Food finally arrives and it is not good.... cold and flavorless. Of course, we watched it sit on the counter for over ten minutes while the lone server ran trying to cover the entire dining area. I will not return, and whoever had a 4.6 star experience I congratulate, but it was not my family. The two individuals were working to keep it together, but it was a disaster. There are other breakfast options much better in the area, well managed, and the food quality is excellent. read more

Two celiacs (dad and daughter), one very health conscious mom and voracious appetite son-in-law had brunch on Sunday. It was the first time we ate there and in summary, it was absolutely delicious and the experience wonderful. Staff were knowledgeable and the owners friendly and sat with us to discuss their approach to running an allergy friendly restaurant. There was a variety of food to meet each of our desires- gluten free waffles, avocado toast and milkshakes, all made to perfection.
