The couple behind him filled out forms and were immediately taken back for shots, so they were treated before my husband, and subsequently, his appointment was delayed by at least ten minutes. He was ten minutes early, so twenty minutes of waiting, with no one before him except the people behind him. No apology, explanation or "thanks for waiting.". The man administering innoculations did not confirm what they were or give any instructions. He did confirm DOB, but that's it. Good news is it was easy to complete the process online; it's the employee who could have done better.

I asked for a flu shot and told me they told me they don't give them out after 7 PM, however I showed the kid/clerk that it was not yet even 7 PM (kid can't tell time). I asked for the Pharmacist and eventually she came over and told me she was not giving them out and to come back another day and was so rude. I indicated they were open till 8 and should serve their customers per their website, she just walked away as if she could care less what the hours or services they offer. I've feel the staff are friendly, professional and know what they are doing. I've never had a problem with confidentiality. If I'm on a new drug its only discussed privately. I like the fact there are a variety of ways to get refills. One very nice thing is having my Family Doctor working in the clinic so if I am put on something new I can often just walk to the pharmacy and pick it up on the way home. They have an automated call when your prescriptions are ready. Oh! Typical issue: I had a problem with my daughters refills and they did all the hoops jumping through to make it not become a problem. One other specific comment. I was prescribed a drug by a new doctor that was similar to one that I had some serious side effects from. I questioned the doctor who maybe didn't get it but I went along thinking they know better. Thankfully the Pharmacist highlighted the drug made a note about the reaction from the other drug AND came out to suggest I not start it until I spoke to my GP who said this was a bad idea. For that alone I think they rate 5 stars. There are many pharmacies with people whose names you don't know and they certainly don't know you. These folks I know and trust. *10 stars to make up for the 1 star review
