What I like about this Walmart vs. the Bloomsburg Walmart, is this store seems to have a better and more frequently restocked selection of items. The selection of items in the freezer section stands out. Where this Walmart loses out is due to being in a high theft area, a significant number of items are behind glass or locked up in some form. If a store does this, they need to have employees available at all times to come and get the items unlocked. This store does not seem to have those employees in the evenings to pull this off based on the roughly 10 minutes wait I had on a Friday evening. I left without the item. The self-checkout systems here are not as user friendly as other's I've seen, and the area to use them is constrained in space on the grocery side. This is also probably due to theft issues. Overall, I do like coming to this Walmart despite it being out of my way for the better selection compared to the Bloomsburg store.

We have the Walmart app which if you use it right is cheaper than going to the store. I'm former law enforcement and I always carry in this store "if" I have to go. The staff is basically 90% of people who hate you and 10% who work part time and are happy. We always go to the other place with a red circle store 40 minutes away (with tons of restaurants)just to not deal with this mess unless there is something we need right away.

When I asked to talk to him about the 4 year old product and he asked ME what he should do, then just walked away. A 10 year old would do a better job.

The one Burch, who must've been the pharmacist, told me "she's not buying the script I need and getting stuck with the other 70 pills." Fair enough. They're obviously on their way out. But, when I asked the Burch to transfer my script to a legit pharmacy, she would not. So, I told her she is probably the most unhelpful and nasty person I had ever encountered. Then, in a threatening tone, she exclaimed, "you don't wanna mess with me, pal!" And she hung up! So, I called Walmart and the Burches had to fax my script. I wouldn't give these tired old nasty Burches my business if I was dying and they had a life pill. (Which they would probably have to order).

I went to Sheetz on New Year's with my mom to get free cappuccinos because she had two free drinks…read moreon her Sheetz app. The lady at the counter was super rude when she scanned our phone three times for three drinks, but still insisted that we needed to pay for one of them. We even tried offering our phone again, thinking maybe one scan didn't go through, but she just rolled her eyes at us and refused. She kept arguing with us and wouldn't do anything to help. After finally scanning our phone again, it went through, and she just said, "Now, go enjoy those free drinks..." Her attitude was so unprofessional and rude, especially on a holiday. I've heard similar complaints from four other people who had bad experiences with this older lady too at the front counter as well.

This location is always under staffed and if you stop in during breakfast lunch or dinner you will be there forever. I have ordered food here three times with my wife and if it is not a deli sandwich it's going to get messed up. I understand it's really the only option for 5 or so miles but this one is just not operating correctly. They do Sheetz food, but they do it so incredibly wrong it's mind boggling. If your going to be this understaffed for this long, limit your menu. (Just an FYI my three visits have been over the last 2 years as I live 10 miles away). Also don't use their app to get food at this location. Great place to get gas, but advise it for anything else.
