This is blatantly stereotyping and a micro aggression not to mention plenty of people of all backgrounds get upset over coupon rules and what is and isn't a coupon. It is just upsetting to stereotype when lots of people have done this. I hope this store learns to stop saying such things behind people's backs.

I had just come from yet another Walmart pickup up the street to again find they didnt have lights left. I walked right in to the seasonal aisle and bam, they actually had a selection of lights! They seemed decent and there was a really good sale going on if you joined their free rewards program. The staff at the registers were really nice and walked me through registration and benefits. The store seemed well organized and clean! I walked away with a great deal on some LED outdoor lights that will hopefully at least last the season!

Once I got home I found I had less than half the number of envelopes I should have had. That's right, less than half. When I spoke to the manager he was extremely rude and didn't care. He told me if it was important to me to have enough envelopes then I should have checked myself. He didn't seem to think his employees should do their job and actually fulfill an order accurately. He didn't care about wasting a costumer's time to have to come back to the store to pick up more envelopes because his employees made a mistake. He egged me on to file a complaint with corporate and kept shoving his name tag in my face. He walked away from me telling me he didn't care. This guy's name was Tim. Then there was another woman working there at the front counter who was mocking me. This is the kind of people they employee there. I filed a complaint with corporate and they promised the General Manager, Mark, would call me back in two days to address my experience there. I never heard back. As General Manager he is hiring people that can't do their job, that are rude, don't value customer service and he himself doesn't care about following up on a bad experience in his store. This is the last time I will shop at Walgreens. This company really needs to teach employees how to do their jobs and to be nice to their costumers.

I called regarding an urgent medication refill that my doctor had already authorized, and instead of being treated with basic respect or compassion, I was met with rudeness, arrogance, and hostility. Dina was argumentative and dismissive, speaking to me as if he were the prescribing doctor instead of a pharmacist. When I calmly tried to explain my situation, he became even more unprofessional -- raising his voice, refusing to listen, and ultimately hanging up on me. I was left in tears and had to call back just to speak with the store manager because of how badly he handled the situation. No one seeking help -- especially with something as serious as a prescribed medication -- should ever be treated this way. The lack of empathy and professionalism was shocking. Walgreens needs to seriously reevaluate who they have representing them behind that counter.
