It doesn't matter if it's summer, winter, spring, or the apocalypse. Empty shelves every single time. Their email and app updates are completely useless and flat-out wrong. It will say your prescription is ready, then you show up and surprise, nothing is ready, nothing is available, and no one knows anything. The staff is unbelievably incompetent. Zero urgency, zero accountability, zero effort. Everyone looks miserable and acts like helping customers is a personal inconvenience. It genuinely feels like no one working there wants to be there or cares even slightly. I switched to Walgreens a long time ago for these exact reasons. Unfortunately, my doctor accidentally sent my prescription here because it was still on file. Huge mistake. Walking back into this CVS reminded me exactly why I left. This was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had with any company, not just pharmacies. Total chaos, zero organization, and absolutely no concern for customers. And before anyone thinks I'm exaggerating, just read the other reviews. You'll see I'm not wrong. Garbage location. Stay far away. Use Walgreens. Use Kroger. Use Walmart. My latest prescription had me paying $237 after my drug plan paid there share. That was enough to motivate me to shop around. I had CVS and Drug Mart want $237 and the hospital quote $161.00. The winner of this cost comparison was Costco a company I keep finding reasons to love. Their quote was $94. They got the business that day and for all future prescriptions! I'm amazed at how many people don't bother to check around for more favourable pricing on everything. Maybe if things get more expensive people will value their money more and not just give it to some price gougers like CVS & Kroger!

From that point of view, this location is a standout due to their huge deli Department featuring Boars Head meats and an astonishing selection of international cheeses. This store is enormous with 50 long grocery aisles. FIFTY. That's besides the deli, bakery, butcher and wine departments and the pharmacy. They sell clothing too. I've only been in two of those fifty aisles though I've been here a number of times for my cold meats and cheeses. They are open long hours which is good. I did note a very inadequate number of open checkouts considering the size of the store and a parking lot that's probably two football fields. With my small amount of items I use the DIY checkouts and haven't had any issues with them. The deli and cheese staff on Sunday mornings have always been great.

We go to the bike and the person unlocked it and my friend rode it around a bit and we decided we wanted it, but the tire was low one air and the brakes needed adjusted. We took the bike inside (lawn and garden person said to see Patrick in toys. We take the bike in and the greeter asked if we were needed to return the bike or exchange it (odd since we have talked to her twice in less than 5 minutes about looking at the bike) we told her where we were going. We found Patrick and he called Ken. Well Ken made the trip worth while. He looked at the bike, offered to not only look the bike over, but suggested we take the bike he just finished putting together. He brought it out and it was perfect, the only adjustment that was requested was changing the location of the Parrot. Ken did this without question. He is what customer service is all about and why the bike was worth the purchase. Oddly after paying for the bike the greeter still didn't recognize us.
