I feel it's a cluster no matter how hard I try for a quick and seamless pickup. Today I called this morning and verified my RX was ready. Upon arriving I was notified it was not ready, but they would prepare it immediately and I could return in 20 mins. So I ran other errands and returned 1 hour later. I was told again the RX was not ready and it would be another 15 mins. I did not have additional time to wait this time and left. 30 mins later I received a text stating RX was ready and will have to make a third trip to pickup RX.

Eventually after further back and forth, explaining the challenges of his injury, snow and Ice on ground walking with crutches etc his response was he could go sit in the car in the parking lot and someone would come out in 10 mins. 30 minutes later no one comes out and has to go back through the drive through. while the medication got filled, the way he was treated was down right disappointing, there was no integrity and empathy what so ever in this techs customer service! won't ever use this location ever again!

I spent hundreds trying to find a way that my dog would take her medication and eat her kidney…read moredisease food. My vet sold me a can of food they use for dogs that won't eat. Then I tried hiding the pill in a pill pocket, Velveeta cheese, peanut butter, ham, scrambled eggs, roast beef, cheddar cheese, five or six different wet dog foods and American cheese to no avail.. I was trying to find Limburger cheese figuring the strong smell might mask the odor of the pill. Then someone mentioned compounding her medicine into a liquid at special pharmacy. I looked up one relatively close to me and found Georgetown. I was skeptical as to how my dog would react to a liquid. The pharmacist said he could add either a beef or chicken flavor plus a little bit of sweetness and showed me how to fill the syringe. At home my dog gobbled her kidney food and her medication down and begged for more! I was estatic. The pharmacist also suggested buying a larger size than what my vet prescribed to save money. He contacted my vet for a new prescription. I am so thankful I found Georgetown. They are kind and so helpful.

But it is a fully functioning soda fountain with milkshakes, malts, ice cream, floats and the whole works. The malt I had was undermixed and underwhelming. The cheeseburger was awful: a frozen patty cooked by a teenager on a gas grill outside the entrance. Foodwise there is not much to choose from but there are a ton of drinks as well as Broadway cafe coffee. The atmosphere is weird, really nothing like a true old school soda fountain. This is not the kind of strange place that is even remotely charming. I'm giving them two stars simply because they are a soda fountain and have some beverages that are not readily available. But it would be much much better if they just lost the food and concentrated on good ice cream and soda fountain fare.

Combining a pharmacy, a nonemergency medical clinic, and essentially a convenience store takes a…read morelot of coordination. CVS does this coast-to-coast and executes a fairly consistent experience. This location is my preferred pharmacy and they generally meet or exceed my expectations. If you use the CVS app, then you can manage your prescriptions and get notifications when refills or new prescriptions are ready. It's a fairly seamless experience; you can tailor your experience however you like. At this location, you can pick up your prescriptions in store or via the drive-through and there is always someone working either side. Same thing goes for the MinuteClinic. You can make appointments online, submit your intake paperwork, and be seen same day. They offer routine immunizations, wellness visits, and minor medical needs. I find the nurse practitioners to be friendly and skilled, and I enjoy having this convenience. My only knock is that the pharmacy does close down between 1:30-2:00 each day. That's not a real inconvenience, as I know when their hours are, but I have been tripped up by it before. CVS also is big into automation, as if the app is not enough, self-service kiosks will let you check out quickly. The store is clean and well-stocked and provides a neighborhood convenience that definitely evolves with consumer patterns. P.S. And they print the LONGEST receipts of any chain.

They will have sales that are pretty good sometimes but I do all my shopping at once. I do get my photos developed here and they are usually correct. The pharmacy is good and most workers are polite and helpful. The store is clean and the staff is generally polite in the main store area when I do go in. I have had a few issues off and on with the customer service in the main store throughout the years but typically the pharmacy is consistent.

The store is immaculately clean and even though the parking lot looked fuller, it didn't seem busy inside. Most of the shoppers were elderly people. The carts are nice and ergonomic it seems. There was a woman collecting carts from the outside and continually bringing them inside. It seemed darker in this store compared to Walmart and HyVee but everything was very neat and the produce section looked very fresh and neatly displayed. The beef section was more limited and I feel like the butcher would continually bring out a new product as people purchased some. That was what I was there to primarily buy. The rest of animal protein was displayed like other stores. The aisles were wide and neatly organized. They don't have as much selection as Walmart (food) or HyVee but it's a nice neighborhood store. I only saw the butcher, deli worker, shop cart attendant and a woman working the self serve area though. The parking lot is kind of a negative because it's shared with many other businesses in a strip mall so it's hectic.
