After several visits to this location with the same not great experience each time. I mainly use CVS for prescription pickup. I feel it's a cluster no matter how hard I try for a quick and seamless pickup. Today I called this morning and verified my RX was ready. Upon arriving I was notified it was not ready, but they would prepare it immediately and I could return in 20 mins. So I ran other errands and returned 1 hour later. I was told again the RX was not ready and it would be another 15 mins. I did not have additional time to wait this time and left. 30 mins later I received a text stating RX was ready and will have to make a third trip to pickup RX. read more

So disappointed in the tech that worked on 1/9/25 around 630pm. Husband went to get medication from his ankle surgery recently which mind you we use this location frequently in the last 6 weeks now. First he tells us the medication is $50 in which we knew was Incorrect so we asked if they ran insurance and the techs reply was that my husband needed to go inside in order for his insurance to be ran. We were confused because current Up to date insurance was already on file mind you. my husband explains he just had surgery and couldn't walk inside and the tech told him he could come inside or go somewhere else. just like that! Eventually after further back and forth, explaining the challenges of his injury, snow and Ice on ground walking with crutches etc his response was he could go sit in the car in the parking lot and someone would come out in 10 mins. 30 minutes later no one comes out and has to go back through the drive through. while the medication got filled, the way he was treated was down right disappointing, there was no integrity and empathy what so ever in this techs customer service! won't ever use this location ever again! read more

Went to the minute clinic for poison ivy that just won't go away. Everyone was kind and I loved my NP! She was so sweet and helpful. She also helped me check pharmacies that had my prescription in stock before I even left her office. The whole experience was quick and pleasant. 10/10 read more

Yes, this CVS pharmacy is busy, but they are some of the friendliest pharmacy employees I know. They always help, no matter how busy they are. I would say to anyone complaining about long waits....they are hiring, maybe you should get a job there!!! I have never had my prescription not be ready when the notify me it is. read more

You know what's fun? Trying to get a prescription at cvs pharmacy. Wait in line for hours just to say "oh we're out of stock. I try calling them to check if my prescription is ready... no answer. It's amazing. The pharmacists are of course rude as can be. This has to be the worst cvs in America. There's nothing I rather do is wait in line for overpriced medicine. God bless America. read more

I've gone to this pharmacy for as long as I can remember and never had issues, but these past several months there have been ridiculously long waits- for instance now-I've been in line for 30 minutes and there are still 3 cars ahead of me. They also stopped texting me when my prescriptions are ready, and they are never ready when I go to pick them up. I also can't call to ask them to fill it so I don't have to wait for them to fill it while I'm there- because they don't have time to even pick up the phone. I understand this is a staffing issue- I don't blame the people working there because I can guarantee they want to quit- but CVS needs to figure this out, because it is completely unreasonable. read more

Just does not matter WHAT you do... there will always be an unreasonable wait and a huge line at this pharmacy. They are grievously understaffed. This situation has been true for years. It's quite clear their regional manager and corporate big wigs give zero cares about the staff or the customers. read more

Worst CVS I've ever been to. Every visit for something that should take 5 min takes 45. I had to wait on hold for 20 min before getting hung up on. Then another 10 min to talk to someone about prescription that should have already been filled. Wait in pick up line for 20 min to be told we need to come inside.. no sign or anything. This place is seriously the worst. read more

Last month I waited on hold for 65mins. I'm currently on hold and have been for the last 85 minutes. Unfortunately management doesn't care about it unless it effects their bottom line or their stock price. I had 3 spine surgeries & other issues from being partially disabled for over 5 years & medicated for 9 years. Julie, Jake & team were always working to make sure my Meds were straight & available when I needed them. It was a dark chapter for me but the CVS pharmacy staff always made for positive moments through it all. Thankfully this place was close to my new house & opened about 3 months before my first surgery. I used all forms of pharmacies before & had no loyalty until I worked with Jake & Julie, they are both great people. read more

Pharmacy doesn't answer the phone during afternoon thru evening. I actually sat on hold for more than 15 minutes, and finally drove to the CVS (still on hold). I could hear an automated announcement over the PA system saying there are calls on hold. When I hung up, the announcement reduced the number of calls by 1. On top of that, they never have prescriptions ready in a reasonable amount of time. If you need a prescription filled, better plan a few days in advance. I have seen a lot of staff hanging around, but not much work going on. This CVS needs a new manager and/or district manager considering the low ratings of this and other CVS pharmacies in the area. I'm retired, but if they're willing to pay top dollar, I would consider coming onboard as a consultant to help straighten things out. read more

You never know what kind of service you're going to get when you go in here. Some days the people in the pharmacy are as sweet as pie and couldn't be any more caring or helpful. Other days the staff can't seem to get rid of you fast enough and don't even ask you if you have any questions about new medications read more

The minute clinic here is spotty. The tests they use are sometimes 80% accurate (strep) for our child. A few days later, we are told it was actually positive. The kiosk is broken often. Waited for a hour only to be told it was at least another hour when there was one name on the paper list ahead of me. I'd suggest going elsewhere. read more

Terrible service, it's the middle of one of the worst flu and pneumonia seasons and, despite posted hours for the clinic to be open until 7:30, I was turned away, having arrived at 7:05 with the comment that "we need time to close." I have worked at many jobs through the years and when you close, you post hours, you lock the doors and close. When you go to CVS's website, it shows the clinic's hours plainly as open until 7:30. I took the time to look to see when they "closed," which was apparently the amount of time I missed getting in. CVS SUCKS monkey balls!!!! read more
