On June 29, I received an online notification that only 15 capsules were ready. I called the pharmacy at 5:18 PM and was told the online portal was incorrect -- that the full 270 capsules were ready for pickup. When I went to the pharmacy on July 3, I waited 10 minutes in line, only to have the pharmacy tech unable to find the prescription. She brought in the pharmacist, Mary, who said it was ready and asked me to take a seat while she retrieved it. After waiting another 18 minutes, it became obvious that the prescription was not ready at all. I approached the counter to express my frustration, and instead of listening, Mary repeatedly talked over me and wouldn't let me speak. When I finally managed to get a word in, she told me she "wasn't going to listen" and walked away down an aisle -- clearly avoiding the conversation. Before leaving, she had the audacity to tell me to transfer all of my prescriptions away from Walgreens. This behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful -- especially from someone responsible for handling patients' medications. I've been a loyal Walgreens customer, but after this outrageous experience, I am seriously considering transferring all of my prescriptions to a pharmacy that values accuracy, accountability, and basic customer respect.

Do not use this pharmacy location if you want good communication/customer service. Here's a suggestion CVS- attach those coupons to our reward card and save a few million trees, and your company some $. They sell booze and beer and wine and lottery. I've came here in the past for adult beverages but because of the ridiculous check out times, o now go across the street to Rite Aid. Again, I come here because of prescription are sent here, if I or my kids ever need one. Otherwise, I'd advise to avoid this location like a plague- or these days like a pandemic.

Tried to pick up a refill script. Wouldn't fill nor even listen to me. And that was two people. One…read moretells me I should wait and the other tells me I have to wait for 5 days! The refill goes by the day rung up and not the day it was to be refilled. This is the second time they have pulled this however they have always let me pick up either the date on the bottle. Now I'll be out of medication for days. Rude, nasty and an attitude. I'll be switching.

There are a number of items marked as sale items with a sticker on the item and signage above the…read moreitem, but when rung up in their system it doesn't ring up that way. When I asked the sales associate about this, she said a customer probably put the stickers on all the items to get a discount, so they can't honor the discount. I find it very hard to believe it wasn't an employee when 30+ items multiple layers thick have the stickers and are arranged on the shelves. This is incredibly deceptive marketing.

The process is very easy for the test, just pull up on the drive thru and you swap yourself and leave it in the bin. I marked a star off because it is a little more expensive for medicine and hygiene products than if you were going to a Meijer or Kroger.

I drove cross town for a minute clinic appointment for a covid test, it had to be scheduled online…read moreonly. I needed a quick test for an outpatient procedure. I had a 6:20pm appointment tonight. Arrived at 6:10pm. Drove over 35 minutes to get to this location since we could get in for a late appointment. Received and email and text updates to come inside and sign in at the kiosk. My husband spoke to the woman at the minute clinic. She informed us that the covid test is only done at the pharmacy and they were done for the day. I said we scheduled it online at CVS, specifically for Covid, she was nice and apologetic and suggested other urgent cares nearby. All were closed for the evening. I appreciate that the staff helped me but CVS needs to update their online Covid scheduling if they can't fulfill their appointment on their end. How irksome to have to drive cross town and through traffic when the online Covid appointment is a ruse. Poorly done!

This Meijer pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.. I went to fill my…read moregrandpa's discharge medication, but did not have his insurance information with me. I asked them to contact his other pharmacy that he goes to in order to get it and they refused to do so. I was told that it was my responsibility to do so, all while I'm tending to my grandpa who has just been released from the hospital. To top it off, I called Walmart to get my prescriptions transferred. They assured me that it would be no problem. I called back to verify whether or not they were able to transfer them and I was told that Meijer had refused to transfer out the prescriptions. So now my prescriptions were held hostage and the pharmacist did not want to transfer them out because he cares about his prescription count that pharmacies measure for growth (and obviously, bonuses being paid) as opposed to caring for the patients. I highly do not recommend this pharmacy. There is a rite aid and a Walgreens on the corners across the street from here. Check them out first before ever stepping foot in any Meijer pharmacy.

She refused to take 2/4 of my boxes saying fedex wouldn't accept them, which made zero sense since 2 were accepted and they were all in similar boxes. I will never go back to this location and would caution others against it.
