I have also experienced their produce often goes bad extremely quickly after purchase, unlike Bravo, whose produce lasts at least longer than Publix. For the prices that Publix charges, you would think that they would ensure that they are getting good produce.

Upon entering, I was so shocked to see the store was smaller in size than I imagined. I cannot even recall if I have been to a Sprouts location prior to this visit. I arrived around 5pm on a Friday. Surprisingly, the store was not busy or crowded. I was also surprised to notice many of the customers were older. I decided to browse aisle by aisle since this was my first time visiting. I picked up some items that were on BOGO, which I had previously planned to possible purchase because I have an existing Sprouts account. I love that there were samples in wellness aisles and you were limited to 2 per individual. When I was browsing the beverages, I noticed a can was almost 2 months expired. I usually see this at Publix but did not expect here. The more customers coming in as I shopped and I noticed some of the aisles were really narrow so it was difficult to shop and browse. This shortened the remainder of my visit. The bakery section had an abundance of assorted items and many on clearance due to expiration. I was sad that many of the vegan refrigerated foods were out of stock and not a lot of vegan prepared foods, which I was shocked about. Next and last task: checking out. I decided to do the self checkout and was offered assistance several times by employees, which I also declined. Maybe they receive a commission if they check a customer out or something? It was a little annoying. Otherwise, the store was clean and tidy and there was plenty of parking.

They called me to tell me it was ready for pick-up and I said to cancel it as I didn't want or need it. I also called my doctor and they said they would take care of it. A couple of weeks later the pharmacy called me and left a message that the charge was placed on my card. I called them and they refused to credit me for this charge. The Pharmacy Technicians will put you on hold and are rude to those who call with an issue.

I had an $8-$15 plug in go bad, took it into the store to swap it out, and they said no.....same product only, but I even offered to swap for a cheaper item. Lets talk marketing/brand strategy......swap out a plug in to ensure long term repeat buying of smelly things.......hmmmm. This was after the manager had to be interrupted for the 2nd time while she stood in the middle of the store chatting it up with a co-worker. The problem I have with this is I had already waited for a break in their conversation to ask a different question.....all the time I am holding the broken plug-in in my hand. I was told the company changed their policy, to which I responded, "sometimes you take a hit to do right by the customer." I will have to think hard before I shop at Bath and Body Works again especially at Paddock Mall Ocala....... L'Occtaine get ready, because I just may be coming over full-time......
