The line to pick up prescriptions was nearly out the door. I get so many messages that I must pick up my prescription by a certain date. When I get to the pharmacy, I usually leave because the wait is so long. I can see if they have a problem some of the time, but this is all the time. I am glad my health provider finally changed so I can use a different pharmacy. I will be asking for paper scripts from now on so I can shop around. One star only because I had to give this place something .If waiting for meds outside isn't long enough try calling and see if you can get through on there own call line to speak to someone.. Any working person will do please!! Is this place in need of more staffing? I see why outside is the way to go but only one window .. yet setup for two? The whole setup here stinks for service ... What a joke. The pharmacy allows customers to check out with NO prescription but a basket full of items and line +5 deep and 1 cashier. CVS, put a limit of 5 or less items and at least 1 item! I just switch to Walgreens. read more

Purchased a wrist strap for $27.49 but when I checked the website it was showing $19.49. When I called back they said the in store price includes shipping, which was $3.00 more then if I ordered it and had it shipped. I returned it an got one from Amazon with my prime account. read more

Pathetic Customer Service at Sinking Spring CVS! CVS called yesterday about a prescription for my 88 year old mother. We returned the call today- on hold for 13 minutes. Hung up and called back and was on hold for 12 minutes. Called a third time and pressed the number for a physician calling and they picked up within a minute, then put me on hold for another 8 minutes! Finally got the prescription and a lot of excuses. Then I called the 800 number for customer complaints and first I got a rep from India, then was transferred to Texas, then to Las Vegas, and then finally to corporate in Rhode Island! This process took an hour and 10 minutes! Almost 2 hours of wasted time for pathetic customer service from CVS. Do not use this pharmacy, it is the worst in the US! read more

Absurd wait times for filing medications. I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes for a cvs to fill my prescriptions at 4 other cvs stores in the past. The lady at the window told me it would take an hour to fill so I left and returned 2 hours later, only to be told that it was still not ready. It is not ok to waste other people's time because the staff at this cvs can not get their acts together. Will not be returning after this disgraceful mess! read more

Zero stars is what I wish I could give. Staff is always clueless and rude. They push the vaccinations but when I go in to get mine, after making an appointment, they tell me they are so busy and it's going to be awhile. It's a Monday in the middle of the day. There is no one in here. I had issues with the staff before this so I will be switching to a completely different pharmacy after today. read more

Love this pharmacy! The pharmacist Steve worked hard for me to make sure my daughter would like the flavor of her antibiotics. He even let me choose which flavor. Plus he was personable as I'd the staff. I will go here from now on. Thank you for caring!! read more

This CVS is in a very convenient location compared to my apartment. It is great for getting a variety of things at a moments notice. Unfortunately, like most drugstores, their prices tend to be a little high on most items. read more
