She was given a set of crutches to maneuver. She was having a tough time so I searched Yelp for a medical supply store to look for other options. I came across 5 Star and not only were they close but open on a Sunday. We were able to rent a wheel chair for the day so she could attend the wedding. Thank you 5 Star. Now we need to search Yelp for an Orthopedist.

It is a clean store with friendly staff and they have everything a drugstore would usually have from snacks to dairy, cosmetics, pharmaceutical items, seasonal, you name it!! The only downside is the parking lot spaces aren't too big and it is a bit cramped together in the already small parking lot, and turning out onto Forty Foot Road left or right can be a pain because of the traffic due to the nearby Sumneytown Pike and the aforementioned turnpike. With the lack of a grocery store in Old City, the smart thing to do would be to expand those sections. But I can usually find what I'm looking for here. And the pharmacy rarely has a wait. They recently added self checkout machines, so u can generally avoid that person holding up the line complaining about something or asking for a rain check on a coupon. This CVS has been a welcome addition to my Old City neighborhood since the day it opened.

Many of the workers-- ironically, usually the ones who work with the walk-up consumers-- have a "I…read morenever do anything wrong-- you're obviously the one with the problem" mindset. We are currently waiting on a prescription that they were supposed to get clarity from the doctor but didn't. When the doctor called to clarify-- because they wouldn't call-- they wouldn't answer the phone. The doctor called multiple times without them answering. But, of course, it's everyone else's fault. Never theirs. We're currently waiting 32 minutes for a simple prescription; but, yeah, nothing is ever than simple when you have noncommunicative, combatative employees. Maybe Rite Aid has better customer service? I honestly don't know why we still go here.
