It is a clean store with friendly staff and they have everything a drugstore would usually have from snacks to dairy, cosmetics, pharmaceutical items, seasonal, you name it!! The only downside is the parking lot spaces aren't too big and it is a bit cramped together in the already small parking lot, and turning out onto Forty Foot Road left or right can be a pain because of the traffic due to the nearby Sumneytown Pike and the aforementioned turnpike. Other than that, this is a drugstore worth checking out!!

Every employee here is AMAZING!. If there's an issue with your script it's not the "its your problem" like the chain pharmacies, they actually will take the time to help sort it out. This is how pharmacies should be, small town, personal service with kindness and compassion. You are NOT a number here. This little shop is more then a pharmacy also, there is an array of everything here from typically pharmacy stuff to local candies, American made gifts and even a jewelry counter, its the most adorable little shop! Always a home town feel, this is family owned and it shows. The owner is always there working side by side and although I've never dealt with him, its apparent he cares about his business. Joel has been such an incredible help over the years, in fact i followed him here from his previous pharmacy, he's that amazing. if there's an issue, he will let me know and help me sort it. He's always incredibly kind, super knowledgeable and always professional, I'm so grateful for all you've done to help me. There is no shortage of good Ole small town love here. It was a Saturday and the pharmacy was the only place that could do it for me. They charged me 5 dollars for 5 copies, I vowed that I would never go there again. Fast forward 6 years later honeybrook pharmacy closed and Ben the pharmacist is working there I was told so I would go there as Ben was exceptionally good at his job.after my wife and I went to our doctors we had all our scripts sent there.we called on Tuesday afternoon and spoke to someone who sounded like they were halfdead.waited forever on hold and finally found our scripts. I asked them to order the meds and I would be in the following day to pick them up. But they wouldn't order them until I gave them all my insurance info. Unfortunately I couldn't find it right then but didn't want another day to pass without ordering the meds, Between my wife and myself we spend around 5 thousand dollars on meds yearly and that doesn't count what my insurance pays. Needless to say one phone call to the pharmacy we are currently using and the meds were ordered and I had them the next day. I also found out that Ben doesn't work there anymore. My point is I tried to keep my business local and instead of just ordering the meds and worrying about insurance info later they refused to do anything. That is the second and last time you will turn me away I will frequent other pharmacy and spend my money there it's a wonder that you are still in business you lost thousands of dollars by turning me away YOUR LOSS

Here's my story: I purchased a nebulizer at $49.99. It did not dispense the medicine properly. I called the number on the instructions and was given some suggestions on how to resolve the problem. The suggestions did not work. I called Rann and a woman told me that 'we have to find out why it doesn't work", among other expressions; giving me the distinct impression that they don't like to accept returns for defective items. However, she told me to bring it in when I had a chance. I did so. When I attempted to return this defective item, I was told that I had to have a receipt. I didn't recall receiving a receipt at time of purchase, but the receipt was on my credit card. They refused to accept a return. I took a picture of the nebulizer plus the clerk when I left the nebulizer at the store. They told me to take it with me. I told them they didn't understand the process for a dispute with my credit card. I told my credit card company as I am telling you, many stores today are refusing refunds on credit card purchases because they know many times the credit card company will refund the card holder but NEVER COLLECT THE MONEY FROM THE EGREGIOUS COMPANY.
