First time shopping here, and likely the last. Floral should be open on Sundays, but we made do. But the amount of expired food being sold and the length of the expirations have had a huge increase recently. Hummus - over a month expired. Yogurt - a few weeks. Bread was one of the things we didn't pay much attention to, until a recent purchase of hamburger buns molded after two days and we realized they were expired by several weeks. I don't know how to describe this place, except to say that this is what general shopping was like in the 1970s-1990s. They literally sell just about anything, from a limited selection of produce to engine oil to toys to clothing to lawn care items. You can even rent DVDs here. And of course they have a pharmacy. Prices are usually slightly higher than other places, but they commonly have specials and sales. They are always open- if you need batteries on Christmas morning, Drug Mart is your place. (Although if I ever go on a holiday I always give the cashier a $20 bill because I feel guilty they are working.)
