A nice CVS. There's nothing revolutionary I can tell you about a drug store that hasn't already been said, because, it's well, a drug store. Over the years I've stopped in here to pick up toiletries or quick grocery items. The store is always neatly organized, clean and well-stocked. They always have little sales and you can typically find little stocking type stuffers at low prices, if you're in the mood to just blow through some cash (we've all been there). The store associates can be a little apathetic if you need help, but I find that they also tend to be younger kids, so I can't fault them too hard there. The parking lot, for whatever reason, can get kind of busy, so drive carefully in it, especially in the winter. I've tried now three times to pick up a prescription, and each time I've been there, the pharmacy was closed. Twice at lunch time, and once in the evening, all within the window that the website says they are open. Also, the indoor pharmacy counter has switched to touch-screen kiosks to get a prescription, instead of a human, which take forever, and constantly lag and have to be re-entered. It feels like this location is actively trying to lose customers. read more

It is next to impossible to reach anyone without going in person. They continue to send my refills to my old doctor after updating it several times. I left a voicemail because I had to and they called me after And hour, it rang twice they hung up and ended called. Then indicated they resolved my issue? Seriously? Someone in corporate should fix the solon store period! Pharmacists don't really have any urgency to help people OR take calls. If staffing is the issue FIX it and get some caring people there. Two days in a row sat in the drive thru over 30 minutes. First time only two cars ahead of me. After 30 minutes and only 1 car waited on they slapped up a homemade sign that said, "CLOSED-. Come inside." I had my dog in the car and temperatures were in the high 70s so I had to leave. Went back today 5 cars ahead of me and 2 behind and after 30 minutes they waited only on one 1 car. People walked in and out and were being given priority. I could not park because I was blocked in. Once a parked car moved I left. MOVING MY PRESCRIPTIONS. Already a pain to go there because road construction on 91 backs you up into one lane. read more

This location is extremely busy but it is no fault of the angels working the pharmacy counter. They are polite, knowledgeable, and make me feel as if my voice is being heard. My medication insurance is extremely goofy and they go above and beyond to call them and fight for the lowest price for me. I do customer service myself in Solon and the clientele is often impatient making their ability to manage it even more remarkable. The complaints here are due to things out of these worker's control. They should not be punished for these things. read more

I had a CVS gift card in an email. How to use it? Cashier Hannah patiently showed me how to open it. In order to use the gift card you need a code that comes in another email. I found the code, and Hannah was able to complete the transaction. Then I took a screenshot of the barcode in order to use the card again. Thank you. read more

Went to pick up my migraine medicine today and opened the prescription bag at the counter since I had a previous experience of picking up my migraine meds drove home and only to find a empty bottle and box upon opening the prescription bag. Today, I had a single pill in an open box where there should have been 8 pills. This pharmacy has a theft problem. Management needs to look into this. If they are stealing migraine medicine, there's no telling what else people are stealing. read more

Went to CVS Pharmacy this morning with mask on for a take home Covid test. I was told $10, but then asked if they were free on Medicare. I was told I didn't ask and I replied I'm 75 and figured I looked it. They them said it would be 1/2 hour to get it. WAIT right away if I pay and 1/2 hrvon Medicare. I ordered 1 on Medicare which I will pickup tomorrow & bought 1 to take home now. I waited 45 min before I left. So, if I had Covid and hung around the store waiting for my Medicare test kit by touching I could have spread Covid too how many? So, if a masked Medicare eligible person asks for a test kit they should not be forced to wait. I did leave with at $10 kit & fortunately tested negative. Pretty dumb rule for Medicare eligible people. read more

I just went to CVS in Solon with the coupon I had received in the mail and have ALWAYS used in the past for 30% off as well as coupons I got from the machine when I put my phone number in. When I get up to the register, the cashier tells me NONE of the coupons are any good. That is the only reason I went shopping there. read more

The minute clinic is a super quick, professional way to go. I went in after work and was greeted by nice, professional registered nurse. She vacinated me with a small needle to minimize post shot soreness. We talked through the whole experience minimizing the shock of the medical procedure. The whole experience including insurance processing took about 5 min. I will be back. read more

Do not send your prescription here. Absolute waste of time. After spending 30 minutes in drive thru was told I had to go inside.
