Pharmacist in souderton CVS is rude. to get a prescription told me it was the urgent care's fault and to go to another urgent !

They are fast, efficient, and kind. I have never waited for more than 10 min to get my medicine. i wish they were all this good.

So on Wednesday 10/09/2024 I call #cvs to find out why #cvs sent a 1099 form to minor 16 year old child who was employed with them his last day worked was Tuesday May 16, 2023 and died on May 17, 2023 was in their employment. He was issued a W2, which he should have recd. The 1099 is for over $2600, and has now has him owing taxes instead of getting a refund. So in May, 2024 Colin received a 'benefit' package from #CVS. So when I call, there is an option to report a death. So I click that, the first thing they want is the persons ss #, well they're dead so I am not sure how you're supposed to report yourself deceased, but whatever. I have been transferred to so many different departments, even outside the company to the FSA account management firm. I have been on hold for countless hours, tonight alone is an hour so far, over 3 hours yesterday and so on and so on. The manager in the store that he worked in is the 4th manager since Colin's death. I tried asking him to reach out to the corporate office. He told me he couldn't, it would be like me calling for 'his' tax information. I reiterated that I'm asking you, as the manager of the store he worked in, to call corporate on my behalf to help get this resolved. His response to me was 'they don't care if my title is CEO!' Well I can assure that if the CEO is treated the same as a grieving mother trying to resolve her deceased 16yo son's taxes, then they have much bigger problems than they think they do. I tell you he is a 16 yo, MINOR CHILD when he died. NO, he doesn't have an FSA, he is not old enough. NO he doesn't have an 401K, he is not old enough. NO he doesn't have a pension, he is not old enough. So, today I find out that I'm not even talking to #cvs I'm talking to an outside vendor called #Bswift, who is WAITING on #cvs to get back to them. Are you kidding me? This shouldn't have taken any longer than 24 hours to look up and resolve. I asked the guy how I talk to #cvs he said you can't and we don't call until there's been an update. The automated system said that 'we noticed you called within the last 2 weeks. Forces you to choose a prompt, so I chose follow up, and the automated system tells me this has been resolved, but did give me an option to talk to a person. The representatives at #bswift tell me it's still open and they are waiting for #cvshuman resources to get back to them. So I call #cvs human resource department back with the case number and Colin's information ss# his date of birth. #cvs hr department can't look and see what #Bswift is asking. Closing mid day to do whatever for 30 is crazy, they already are closed for an hour before and after the store hours

This is a decent CVS, and the closest one to my house. The store itself is nice, clean and has anything a usual CVS would have. The employees I talked to everytime I stopped I were very friendley and helpful. My only trivial complaint is the location of the store. Being on 113 and Godshall Road it is in a very good spot to bring in customers, but exiting onto 113 can be a pain especially going left. It is better to go out onto Godshall, that at least has a light and isn't as busy. That aside, it is CVS I would recommend. read more

CVS Pharmacy - CVS has these now which looked amazing, and it was. - Drugstores Near Me - SOUDERTON, Pennsylvania

I needed a new medicine for my nagging ear infection. My ENT sent the prescription to this CVS. Unfortunately, they didn't have the medicine. At first, they tried contacting my doctor to get him to approve another medication. That might have been an acceptable idea if it hadn't been Friday evening before a holiday weekend. When they didn't reach him, though, they just told me that they couldn't fill the prescription. As I had been fighting this infection for over 2 months, I asked if there was anything else they could do. They had nothing. I suggested they reach out to my primary dr to see if she could approve a switch to a similar med. They then said they'd try that. Unfortunately, it was another dead end -- apparently due to the weekend. It is wasn't until a day later that I learned that pharmacies do contact other pharmacies when they can't fill a prescription. Did CVS on Harleysville Pike in Souderton do this? No, but they suggested I do this. When I did, I found out the nearby Walgreens had it and that the medicine was pretty common. It was Walgreens that called CVS for the prescription information--not the other way around. You bet I will be switching where I get my prescriptions sent to. read more

Their pharmacy is fine. My problem is the front of the house. They've installed the self-serve checkout - which is fine - but the last two times I've been there, there is NOONE on the floor. The first time, an item I tried to check out was mispriced. The second time bells started ringing that I needed someone to verify I could buy the item (it was a bottle of NyQuill). Looking around, waiting - no one. (Please don't tell me its staffing issues - the CVS on Welsh Road has the same system and yet always has someone nearby). This is just bad management. read more

My preferred neighborhood CVS. It's clean, stocked with helpful, friendly employees. The pharmacy also has been kind and helpful as well.

Had a terrible experience with the photo department. Had multiple small batch photos printed. One two different days. The first day they said they did not receive my orders. Yet I got a order confirmations. The second day the woman doing the photos told me she put the photos together separately she just put them however she wanted them so I couldn't tell if they were duplicates or not. I said I don't have time to go through all the photos. She said will you just pay for them and you can get your money back the manager was standing right there and said just call CVS pharmacy hotline one 800 number. I said this is ridiculous. If I didn't need the photos for the next day I would've never paid for them they could've taken a loss. Instead I paid for them got no service from the manager. As it turned out once I was home and sorted through every single photo there was a duplicate order there was probably the original order and then the next day order. But the woman at CVS mix them all up. This is so frustrating. I have since called C V S Corporate and spoken to two different people and they said someone will call me back. I still have not gotten a call back. Extremely disappointing never never never ever again will I be doing this at CVS. read more

this CVS is not in the greatest area. nonetheless you get a good vibe when you are in the store. I was greeted by a friendly woman behind the counter and she offered to help me find anything. I was just getting milk on my way home from an evening out but it is still nice to be offered help and to feel wanted. this CVS knows what they're doing! read more

Thumbs down to CVS. They filled my prescription with the wrong mg then won't take them back in return for the correct prescription.

This CVS has great service. After dealing with another pharmacy, CVS in Franconia is far superior . Friendly pharmacy and exceeds my expectations. Thank you for being in my community. read more
