I was in the store at the pharmacy February 15. I made a mistake at the counter, the head pharmacy manager called me on the phone to come back to the store and then talk condescendingly to me about what happened. This pharmacy sucks. I just sat in their drive thru for over 15 min. There was a car two ahead of me that took over 10 min. They took the next car then it was my turn at 5pm and they said I'm sorry but we are closed. I said excuse me? I've been sitting in that line for over 15 min. They said oh I know but if we take you then we'd have to take other cars too. Damn right you should. We were all waiting before your closing time of 5 and because one person held up the whole line now none of us can get our prescriptions. Horrible customer service!! read more

Terrible, and extremely rude. I will never use this CVS location again. Everyone outside of the pharmacy is nice but the woman I talked to at the pharmacy's behavior was atrocious. The woman cut me off multiple times talking over me loudly with extreme attitude, don't care how bad of a day you might be having and it was like 9am mind you....you do not treat any client, or customer that way, period. I am a manager in client service and I would never talk to anyone that way, If you don't like your job quit. This is not the first time I have dealt with nasty pharmacists at this location but several. I couldn't even get a word in to explain how my medication has changed, she fought and argued with me and refused to even look for my needed prescription due to it being on back order for the last year- which is not true because I have gotten the medication every month for the last year including last month, she didn't even bother to look for my script and said I didn't know what I was talking about and maybe I should just call my doctor. He sent the script to this location twice in the last two weeks. Idk if it's disorganized in there or what but you need to either train your employees to do their job properly or get new ones because these people a just straight assholes. It's a shame because I've been using this CVS location for the last 7 years and only recently as in the last 6 months have I had these types of issues. read more

This pharmacy is going downhill. I ordered an Rx that I need for pain 2 days early. They were out, but said it'll be in the day I need it and I should call after 6:00. I called after 6:00 and it's not there, but if I want to drive two hours I can get to a pharmacy that will be closed by the time I arrive to pick it up. When I asked when my Rx will actually be in, they had no way of knowing. Now I get to be in extreme pain all for at least a day. This is a decent CVS Pharmacy. It has great item stock, good employees and it is in a convenient location as well. It is located in Souderton next to the County Line Road/East Broad Street intersection light so it has alot of traffic and it can get crowded at times when you want to enter or leave the parking lot, but other than that this is a CVS that will surely get the job done product wise. read more

What happened to the pharmacy staff?!? First I used the drive thru to drop off and was told they would call me with any issue. I go to pickup thinking everything is fine to find out THEY FILLED IT WRONG! I go in the store to see the script and find out what the issue is and only get a rude blonde who wasn't being helpful. My husband goes back in later to figure this out and she tells him I was horrible to her?!? She must be taking the meds from the store because I was nothing but polite and apologetic. District Manager called and store manager will be involved shortly. Reevaluate the staff and get helpful people. If there is an issue with the script call the customer don't let me drive off with the wrong amount. And why in the world are you not calling the doctor to figure it out if you had an issue with it yourself. Don't ignore the script and do what you want. That's not how this works. I was fine with this all until my husband told me how badly she bad mouthed me. I have a nasty taste in my mouth now. No more business for you guys. read more

The pharmacy service is horrible. Rarely is a prescription filled as promised. I went to pick up one of my drugs and was told it was "on backorder" from the vendor. Not available at any store. They said they were waiting on my physician to prescribe an alternative, even though their system said it was filled. The tech was very dismissive. I left the store, called another CVS 3 miles away. Not only did they have the drug but is was also filled within 10 minutes. Time to go to another pharmacy!!! read more

Just went to get prescription filled for my husband who got hurt at work today . The lady told me they couldn't fill it tonight 'cause they were too busy'. I asked if it was a state thing since it was workman's comp. that wasn't the case either. I couldn't believe it as they are our regular pharmacy. Not anymore !!! This cvs location was less then helpful and just nasty at some points. They decided to fill a prescription according to how they interpreted the prescription even though there were clear red flags. Instead of calling the dr. To get the real answer they filled it how they felt was rite. When I came back to ask why my prescription was short by half the amount the dr. Prescribed. They were down rite mean. Insulting not only me but the dr. Who wrote the scrip. read more

The customer service at the pharmacy here is the worst I have EVER encountered. The pharmacy techs here are rude and have no compassion towards customers what so ever. The pharmacy tech ripped the money out of my hand today when I was trying to pass it to her. She barely looked at me while speaking to me and couldn't wait to throw my change back at me and send me on my way. Time to start looking for a new pharmacy. Horrible Pharmacist/Manager. I had a prescription that ran out of refills and did not notice it until I called it in. It was the weekend so I needed the pharmacist to give me 4 days worth until my doctor could authorize more. She refused to do it and would only give me 2 days. Any pharmacy in Keystone network is required to give a minimum of 4 days pills in such cases. I told her I would have serious health consequences if I stopped taking my med and she told me "if you don't like it, go to another pharmacy". Her name is Jennifer Kelly. She has done this same thing before and is very nasty and rude to her customers. She answers the phone with an attitude. Absolutely horrible, uncaring pharmacist who is going to cause someone serious injury and pain! read more
