We're both high risk and concerned about the COVID-19 situation, even though we are self-quarantining in our community. They advised that the masks were in stock, so I drove over the next morning to their location. Going in I noticed that the front counter is neatly surrounded by a plexiglass partition allowing you to speak with both a cashier or pharmacist if necessary. I was very warmly greeted and shown the mask I wanted, and was told they have a good supply. This pharmacy accepts most insurance plans, and can even deliver your items free to your home - a wonderful benefit. It looks like they have everything you need at reasonable prices - a great alternative to the chain drugstore. As a small gift I was presented with a purse size bottle of hand sanitizer. This place was a pleasure to deal with - and I would continue to go there in the future.

One of them suggested a generic to use in place of the brand name, and said "ask your doctor if he thinks it is OK". Given that the Largest Pharmacy-Chains CONTROL medicine, it is the independent Pharmacy-Seven Hills Pharmacy-especially that REMOVE THE NEED for those other inept giants. Most recently I had a SEVERE problem with my previous pharmacy and once again went to Seven Hills to see IF they could help. Not only did they help but going back there REMINDED me I should have never left. Although I had no issues with Walgreens itself, there's no way to specifically call out this AdventHealth location unless I review like this. I came into this location for a simple physical. As a previous guest there, someone's who's had the same physical done two years ago for the same reasoning is now being denied because of what the physical is going towards, my statewide G license and my agency application to start my own agency. I was specifically told, because it had to do with firearms that AdventHealth's new policy goes against it. I clarified that the type of physical is no different than a basic one for anything else and I have been there previously for the same thing... but because it's specifically related to being a licensed armed professional, they refuse to do it. Talk about discrimination @ it's finest.

Multiple employees completely ignored our need for assistance. The manager responded to our store survey and called to sincerely apologize for the poor customer service which was appreciated. It comes with syringes that are supposed to be used to inject the medication. The syringes have caps on either end, but they are not in plastic to ensure 100% they are not contaminated. When they tell you that you will receive a $50 bonus on the credit card they are being honest. I know so. But this is just heads up to anyone who wishes to use the entire $50 credit on one purchase. It will not happen that way. The credit card will allow you a $10 credit at the register only per visit. Just trying to save anyone time and possibly embarrassment at the register. It is all in the policy agreement. Yes I have used the $10 three times. My receipt tracks the amount that I have left. But they want you to use it like 5 times to get accustomed to the store and products. And P.S. ? The people working in there are nice people just trying to make a living.
