This is my favorite CVS. They always have specials where they give you cash back that you can use in the next couple of days. It's open 24/7 that's a big plus when you need something in the middle of the night. It's also a plus if you're a night owl like me. I'm just leaving. I stopped using CVS due to so called using mail in and saving money. Lately I find/found that they are more and more a hassle. I went back to CVS. I was quite surprised and delighted by the changes that I noticed. They stock the Sildenafil tablet shape that I prefer. My mail in insurance told me that they don't ship it anymore. Huh? I needed some inoculations. They had them and gave them to me. Recently my medical provider told me that a tetanus shot would be to my advantage. I called, the young woman told me that I can walk into their 24 hour pharmacy at any time. Then she said to me that she was going to check stock to save me time. She told me that they had it in stock. I do not blame my mail in pharmacy employees for the information that they give to me. But I really am leaning more and more off of the mail in. read more

Very convenient location right at the corner two blocks from my house. They are open 24 hours a day seven days a week so anything you need you can always grab from here. Prices are a little bit high, but convenience makes up for it. They're very helpful and I recommend anybody that needs a emergency medical supplies. Definitely come here and purchase it. read more

This store is ran by a bunch of older woman who don't give two shits weather your experience with them is good or bad. Asked for a IPhone charger that was behind the counter from one of the lady's and she looked at one and asked "This one?" And I said no for a Iphone phone. She looked at me and told me no, there are none meanwhile there are 5 or 6 difference phone chargers behind her. I asked her to look through them and she just continued to tell me there were none when she never looked at everyone. Not to mention when I walked into the store I was being followed and looked at like I was doing something wrong. I'll never come here again! Rude employees. read more

Who at CVS is medically qualified to make the decision I can wait 5 days for my script? I called to see if they had the script, they didn't, I called Dr office and CVS had script within the hour. I know they can't carry every drug or drop but we have overnight courier service, they could have called around to see who might, hell they could have even made a call to me or my doctor. Instead just placed it on backorder for their shipment! Really?? I was to start that medication that day but simply tossed aside. Not acceptable!! read more

Let's just start off by saying I only get my scripts filled here because they are close to my house. And second I love the fact that if you have a lot of scripts like me for every 10 you feel they give you $5 an extra bucks that you can spend in the store on whatever you like. Plus when you walk in you are always greeted with a smile and they always say hi it is so nice to feel greeted in such a nice way you kind of feel warm and fuzzy inside. That was the nice things I had to say, now I make my way back to the pharmacy and wait in the line that seems to take a half an hour when they have only one person working the drive-thru and one person working the pick up Lane in person. So this means either way you're screwed you have to wait a long time to pick up your prescriptions. For some reason I have two profiles which I don't know why which has caused a lot of confusion on their end and I've Been Told on many of occasions that medicine was ready that I have showed them on my app that I have downloaded that it clearly says that these medicines are ready. After ticking away at their computer for a while they figure out their mistake .. the two different profiles. I was having a problem with this one pharmacy tech named Jamie and I complained over the phone to the manager that she was rude to me over the phone and she was rude to me in person. When I came to pick up some prescriptions a while ago I hadn't seen her for 2 weeks so I don't know if they gave her a two-week leave or not but I think she needed a break and it was nice because I hadn't seen her in a while because she was very very rude. I had expressed to them that I was 2 seconds away from taking all my prescriptions away from them and move them over to Walgreens if they didn't clear their s*** up and quick. Of course they didn't want me to do that so they compensated Me by giving me an early $5 coupon to use in the store and the pharmacist even got involved and said he would talk to the girl that had been rude to me. Weeks Later it has been smooth sailing I get in and out in 5 minutes and thus far I have had no problems with them and if I need a prior authorization I don't have to even ask, they send it right over to my doctor without any instruction 2. Message here is to speak to a manager if you have a complaint it really does help, it does help me cuz I have seen a lot of improvements in the pharmacy aisle. We all have one body and a clear mind and we're dealing with sensitive subjects here such as medication and we want them that be dealt in a sensitive and timely manner. So don't be afraid to express your feelings and frustrations to your local manager if they care to keep your business and to save theirs they will; it doesn't matter if you have one or two Scripts your opinion does matter. read more
