My friend has been in and out of Oak Hill Hospital and Tampa General. They put them in a couple of…read moredifferent nursing homes that didn't take very good care of him. Now he's at Windsor Woods and they're taking good care of them and they're giving him the physical therapy that he needs so he'll be able to go home. The nurses are nice so is the rest of the staff. They even let people go outside that are patient and have a cigarette if they'd like to. I mean a lot of these people are very elderly and if they decide they'd like to smoke, then let them. He sat with me for about 1/2 hr and determend that I was wearing the wrong size. At tht point he fitted me with the right size, he is very accomadating and knowlable about Cpap. He went beyond my expectations. I had to return again wit an issue with my new size Pillows again he was accomadating and fitted me with a different style mask this one is 100% effective. I just don't understand a company that arbitrarily bills me every month (per their sayso, as I've…read morenever actually received a bill) and when I call, they cannot give me a balance for the entirety of the program. Sometimes it's $6.43 and other times it is over $13. I've sent an email and never received a reply. When you call, the person answering only knows their 1 little job and nothing else. It's obvious to me that this company needs better employee training, esp. in the billing dept. I am very disappointed. I was never given a written contract explaining fees and payments and when I requested it, I never got it. tsk tsk on this company.
