The store is always clean and organized, with shelves fully stocked and rarely any clutter on the floor. Yesterday, I visited for a quick consultation at the pharmacy, and the pharmacist assisted me immediately. They recommended a few items to help with a terrible cold and sinus congestion. Their advice was spot on, and the OTC medication they suggested worked perfectly!

After waiting at the pickup counter for several minutes with no assistance, I walked over to the register for help. The employee, who identified herself as Rose, immediately accused me of going behind the counter to look through the packages. I never did any such thing. I simply told her I believed I could see my package from the customer side of the counter. Rather than apologizing or asking a simple question, she chose to accuse me. When I told her she shouldn't make accusations without knowing the facts, she argued with me instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally. She then retrieved my package and demanded my ID in a rude, dismissive tone, without even the basic courtesy of saying "please." When I asked her to be more polite, her response was, "Do you want your package?" That is completely unacceptable from anyone in customer service, especially someone who claims to be the store manager. I asked to speak with the manager, and she informed me that she was the manager. As I left the store, I asked another Walgreens employee if Rose was indeed the manager. She confirmed that she was. When I explained what had happened, the employee told me that multiple customers had complained about Rose before. If Walgreens values customer service, someone in upper management should seriously look into how customers are being treated at this location. A store manager sets the standard for the entire team. Rose's behavior was rude, confrontational, disrespectful, and completely inconsistent with the level of professionalism customers should expect. I will not return to this location as long as this type of behavior is considered acceptable.

The front entrance is where the carts are usually parked, but on this particular day, there were only two carts in the cart parking area, both of which had wobbly wheels. When parking in their very large parking lot, I did notice that carts were spread out throughout all the rows of the parking lot. The store is always packed. There's always a lot of customers and there's always many store associates walking around however, they don't always seem happy. The one thing that I must say is it doesn't matter which associate you run into they're always restocking a shelf, helping a customer or moving things around to make space for new items. If you're here to shop, get what you need and get.. You'll always find it and for a great prices that you can't get at ordinary grocery store. Right now they do have a lot of holiday items, decor, food, clothing, and many other things. I feel like Walmart is a staple store in many neighborhoods throughout the US. Grab what you need and go!

You can either pay for your tires at the time you order them (if they don't have it in stock) or at time of installation. You then set up a time for installation. There was a little snafu on the day that we came in but it wasn't a big deal. Our tires were installed in about 1-1/2 hours. With the purchase of tires, you get lifetime balance, rotation and flat repair. You also get Emergency Roadside Assistance for 4 years.
