In my opinion, this is one of the better locations. Very clean and the employees are approachable. The food court line goes by quickly and the food has always been good. During this visit I shared a slice of pizza and I tried the frozen yogurt. Pizza slices are huge and great for parties. Great for buying in bulk, rather that's home goods or groceries. I rather make the drive here than go to other locations I have been to. I will continue being a repeat customer. read more

We needed new tires on my car and after shopping around, found that the deals here were the best. The tires that we picked were on sale (1/31 is the last day of the sale) and we saved about $300 compared to another place that we got an estimate from. You can either pay for your tires at the time you order them (if they don't have it in stock) or at time of installation. You then set up a time for installation. There was a little snafu on the day that we came in but it wasn't a big deal. Our tires were installed in about 1-1/2 hours. With the purchase of tires, you get lifetime balance, rotation and flat repair. You also get Emergency Roadside Assistance for 4 years. read more

My family appreciates so many resources that Sam's Club offers. The pharmacy provides excellent customer service by answering questions & concerns about new prescriptions. The cafe provides inexpensive & large slices of pizza that fills an empty stomach in a pinch. The tire & battery center helped each car in my family. This Sam's Club is in Sunrise FL and is usually not too busy at 5pm during the week but today due to the holidays was extremely busy and hard to find those empty boxes to carry out your food. Today, I had to shop at two places to get food for Thanksgiving - Publix and Sam's. I grabbed a spiral sugar ham for $26.00 which was half the price of Publix where I purchased the turkey. Sam's always has all the paper goods, steaks, fish and chicken in large quantities that I can freeze at home. The staff at this location are always helpful. Very easy to return items. They have great deals at the front food court that sells big hotdogs with a fountain drink for a couple dollars or a giant slice of pizza. There usually a line of people waiting for food so be prepared to wait. read more

BUYER BE WARE! Tire department is god awful and even after bringing the car back twice for them to correct their screw ups they still couldn't handle it. Management is a joke! They offered me an $80 gift card for the store for my inconvenience while still never correcting their screw ups. I had to pay to take the vehicle to a "REAL" shop in order to get it running properly again. This was the last straw with this awful company and I cancelled my membership right then. Then after I had cancelled my membership they still renewed my membership automatically the following year so I had to get back on the phone to cancel again. This place is complete trash and I would honestly never set foot in that building ever again. This was a 1 year old vehicle with no issues before I pulled into the shop that day. I love the Scan and Go in the Sam's app and for this, shopping is mande so easy - tho they only have one item I need. Organic seems to be a bad word there. But......there rarely is a manager in the store. The customer service desk only had one person when I need to return something and the line is long. I ordered 2 items online and apparently I'm blacklisted for sending returns for online order I made. Costco has a wide variety of items and really cares about their members. But.....Sam's is so much closer to me. From now on, I will only buy what I know I won't be returning. read more

Located across the street from the Sawgrass Mall this Sam's Club has grocery, liquor, and tire stores all in one place. This Sam's club is usually well stocked but Sam's doesn't rotate items as frequently as Costco. They could also use a little more variety in the produce department. Staff also varies in friendliness levels with some very helpful and other barely willing to acknowledge your existence. Overall though they do offer a good value on a lot of items and that is why we return. read more

I believe their name is Kai (it might be spelled Kay or just "K"), and they absolutely deserve recognition for going above and beyond during the peak holiday season on 11/24/2024. Why is this date so significant? It's the height of Thanksgiving chaos, where last-minute shoppers like me add to the frenzy. Despite all this, Kai didn't just meet expectations--they exceeded them. I arrived 5 minutes after the pickup department's closing time on a Sunday, knowing full well that operations officially end at 6 PM. Most places would've turned me away without hesitation, and I wouldn't have blamed them. Instead, Kai greeted me with professionalism and a friendly reminder about the hours before springing into action. In what felt like no time, they located my order, and handed it over--talk about stress-free. Walking in, I had no expectations other than to respect the closing hours and accept a possible refusal. When it comes to these types of membership warehouse clubs, it seems that they have some type of agreement. You can find some items in one but not the other. For instance, B.J.'s has a great deli. The other two don't have a deli. Sam's tends to be a bit cheaper than B.J's and Costco but overall, Costco is the most popular. Sam's is great for cleaning supplies and paper products. I enjoyed looking at their patio furniture too. I would go back here when I can but this locations is far from home. The food court was not that great. Costco does more volume so the food is usually fresh. read more

Sams is the worst of all of the warehouse clubs in my opinion. I went to the Coral Springs sams tonight because I needed certain gift cards. They didn't have as many as I needed so I went to the one on West Sunrise. This review is of West Sunrise. The lines were long so I asked the cashiers helper if she could get my gift cards while I stood in line so that I didn't have to wait forever for someone to get them which is kind of common. The cashier rang up my gift cards and then I paid for about $80 of groceries for the guy behind me because she rang me up that way. She called a manager over named Arlisha who wanted me to get in this very long line to make the return to which I replied that for the cashiers error I didn't belong behind 10 people in the return line. The cashier agreed, she felt bad so they went and got someone else who bypassed the line and handled my refund. It wasn't that great if am experience because it just took way too long and the thought that I was told to get in this huge line was unimaginable because Sams is way too slow to start with. read more

I have had a membership here pretty much from the time they have been in existence in Sunrise. I used to be able to shop early in the morning with a basic Corporate membership and now that is no longer the case. They make you upgrade to a more expensive membership which really gets you nothing more. I have noticed that they are much less customer friendly and that makes me feel that this could be my last year of membership especially since there is a Super Walmart just a quarter mile east. I am not sure I will miss shopping here since I have been coming here less and less. read more

I have been shopping at this Sam's Club for over 10 years. It is always clean and the staff is always willing to assist you. There is plenty of parking. They have a liquor store on the side of the store. They also have a tire shop, optical, photo, and hearing centers. During the week the checkout lines are not bad. On the weekends it does get busy, but not as busy as other warehouse stores nearby. They offer seasonal products....pool/outdoor furniture, Christmas Décor, Halloween Décor, etc. There are always free food samples....more options on the weekend. I will continue shopping here for the good values they provide. read more

We needed to get party food and supplies so we stopped here on a weekday afternoon. It wasn't too busy. You do need a membership to shop here, so sign up at the front desk if you don't have a card. They sell everything in bulk. I really loved the food section. They had tasting stations throughout- best one was the merlot cheese. We had to order skirt steak and the meat cutter specialized the order for us. We also had to get a partial refund for an item that was purchased a week prior and the price dropped drastically the week after; the customer service was accommodating and gave us a refund for the difference. Honestly, the best part of shopping there were the samples. The prices were pretty good for the amount of products you're getting. I think it's worth the membership, especially if you have a big family. read more

When I grill and I grill often, I get my meat and veggies from Sam's. There is plenty of parking and two entrances/exits. One on Sunrise and one on 136th. It is a big warehouse with a lot of stuff. One thing at Sam's which does need improvement is their customer service. They either don't care or are extremely incompetent. I vote on the don't care, because no one can be that incompetent. Still, I only have to deal with that section rarely so I will just keep getting my grill food at Sam's. And lastly, they have a little liquor area on the left side of the building. I honestly have been there over 40 times and just noticed it this past week. Got a nice bottle of Johnny Walker double black for a little over $30. read more

Its a regular place for me, have to come by every Wednesday to pick up stuff for my Job. A wide rang of everything, they offer great pricing on bulk items. There's a Farmacy inside and a variety of over the counter medicines , and right next to it they have their Licor store! One of the best options that they have is their self scan app, with that there's no more waiting in line to pay, they also offer a self checkout areas that makes lines alot faster, before I use to hate to come in here because of the long time in Lines waiting , now you can just scan on your app as you go, or use one of the self checkout cashiers, which you scan your card and start scanning your items! They have a nice variety of baked items, and fresh meats! Their Pecan Pie is a amazing! read more

This store used to be great and were doing great at the start of Covid. I had applauded their efforts to keep clean and their store was one of the best. But for the last 2 months I've come on a Saturday after one hour of the store being open and they have no carts wiped down or Available for use. They have 5 people standing at the front to check your club card. Customer service here is not great and most of the employees spend their time in bundles chatting amongst themselves. This is the only sams club near me but as a member for 3 years I find this club may have poor management recently and not a place I prefer to shop. read more

This Sam's Club is a stand alone building with a comfortable parking lot that has two ways in and out as well as ample parking. The store is bright, clean, well stocked and the staff is friendly. However, there are two downsides for me. The first downside is that they don't carry most of the non perishable (I don't purchase frozen or refrigerated items here) brands/products I purchase in bulk. The other downside are the dreadfully long lines to check out and to exit the store. They do have some non perishable items I like that Costco doesn't carry and it's a convenient location. read more

This Sam's Club is a little bit run down. Their fruit and vegetable department is lacking quite a bit. They were out of stock of your basic items such as bananas, cucumbers and several types of lettuce when I was here the other day. I understand we are approaching Christmas but I really don't think that is a reason not to be properly stocked. I do like a lot of their frozen food choices, such as Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes. I've bought these before and they are very tasty and pretty fresh. I also like their variety of cheeses. They sure are plentiful. Despite having all lanes open to check out, it is still very congested and frustrating to check out at the store. I suggest coming here before 9 a.m. to avoid the rush on any day. read more

We've heard this lament before. Remember K-Mart? Hmm. Blockbuster? Anyone even remember them? Good comparison because Amazon has stolen the thunder of a lot of wholesale companies. But here's the deal on that dilemma. If your competition is fierce, you carve out a new niche. One tried and true business model is throttle up your customer service. Take note, Sam's Club. Your customer service royally sucks. Case in point. My wife and I arrived at the Sunrise store and discovered there were no carts. Now, talk about poor and incompetent management. If your bread and butter is based on volume, and you don't have a cart for people to pile up their merchandise, its analogous to owning an airline but not having a single plain. Enjoy the flight, folks. Now, back to today. Insult to injury. When we asked two employees in the cart-area for carts, they laughed. No kidding. Hmm. Something tells me that Costco will be laughing too, all the way to the bank. I did get finally get a cart, but only after walking out the door and seeing other frustrated customers scramble for them in the parking lot. If you don't have the staff to adequately handle a Saturday rush of clientele, hire more people, unless you secretly work for Costco! read more

On June 10, 2021, at approximately 6:10 PM, I walked into the Liquor Department to make a purchase. Upon entering, the cashier looked in my direction and put her head back down looking into her phone. Prior to checking out, I asked the cashier (female) if there were any Martini Rosso wine and she simply replied shaking her head indicating there were none. Upon checking out, I noticed the cashier was playing a game on her cellphone which was the reason for her lack of customer service. It is obvious this employee was more concerned in her game than doing her job. I hope someone from the management team will rectify this issue. I purchased a Groupon for $45 for one year's membership to Sams Club plus $20 gift card (used at Sams and Walmart) plus $37 worth of goods (cheesecake, 54 ct pastries and rotisserie chicken). I decided to the chicken and save the pastries and cheesecake for when I have a party to attend (hint hint :) ). At the entrance is of course the big ticket items (TVs) which draw your eyes in. Next to that is the jewelry. The isles are clean and spacious. I normally buy only organic produce and cafe free, no growth hormone, free range meat and seafood. I saw only a few organic items and free range eggs which are $8; $4 cheaper than the farmer's market I go to. I was talked into buying a nice bottle of white wine. I used up my $20 gift card and ended up going over by $23 but it was stuff I needed. As I was walking along the isles, I hear a voice asking me "How would you like a sample?" I turned around to where the voice was coming from and its a sample machine. I go up to it and ask "Are you talking to me? Are you talking to me?". The machine answers "Yes, I am talking to you. Who else would I be talking to? Would you like a sample? " LOL. Anyways it was a sample of Finish Ultra. Only a few lines were open at the checkout. There were long lines. Since I had less than 10 items, my line went fast. I was able to find a close parking spot. The parking lot is massive. I can imagine weekends are chaotic and packed. It would be awesome if more organic and free range meats/seafood were sold at Sams. read more

Just what the world needs, another super, mega, bulk purchasing warehouse. Where you can wonder the isles aimlessly looking at stuff that you didn't know you needed and then fill your super industrialized sized shopping cart or 1500 lbs. rated push cart till they are overflowing. Then struggle to push them through the store just to wait in long lines at the registers. Only to end up spending way more than you set out to buy originally. But end up saving money somehow because you bought in bulk. WHAT??? Okay, maybe this only happens to me. No, but for real this place is pretty cool. They do have a good selection of goods and all seem to be good quality so far. Of special note is the produce and meat sections, where I stroll slowly and imagine the great meals I could prepare with there selections. This store is not the biggest, not the best laid out and not the easiest to get in and out of but as far as wholesale stores go it's as good or better than others. Most important to me is its proximity to my crib. It seems to me that once inside these wholesale stores they all are about equal. So until something better comes along, Cheers. read more

We have had great service with the curb pickup option. The only negative is that sometimes different items get substituted. Not sure if they were out of the plain yogurt but we received "flips" with toppings attached...we were disappointed. However, since we didn't check the items before loading up the car....otherwise, very good service overall. read more

First time here. I don't think I ever want to come back. I got a membership through Groupon, and I now understand why they had a deal with Sam's Club rather than Costco. Trying to get our membership cards printed took a good 30 minutes, and we had to walk away with temporary cards because the employees (Mary) couldn't get the printer working. Then when we paid, the cashier ripped up my temporary card. So I waited for 30 minutes for nothing. Further, the prices weren't that great compared to our normal grocery store. The only real plus would be for paper products, diapers, etc....oh, and the free food samples were good. I'll give Sam's Club one more chance...but this time at the Coral Springs location. read more
