It's not my problem that CVS's website refuses to recognize my email and password no matter how many times I change it or update it I just end up in a refresh cycle over and over unending. The fact that these businesses don't even bother providing customer service anymore just shows how crappy this state and country has become. Also, maybe tell your pharmacy tech not to lie to your customers either, acting like they don't know what they're doing whenever they are trying to check out with their OTC benefits. I watched a CSA at a different CVS ring me up and only press a couple buttons. The computers are faced out so you can watch them. So I know that the tech was lying. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my aunt's prescription at 5:00pm today. I was told that they had not filled it yet and asked if I could wait 20 minutes. I was on my way to an event and asked at what time they closed and was told they are open 24/7. I told them I'd be back after the event. I come back at 9:30pm and am then informed that they don't have enough to fill a 30-day supply. Would I accept a 20-day supply? I said yes and then he says they need time to fill it! What happened to the 20-minute wait at 5:00? They text me constantly when her prescriptions are ready, but they couldn't text me to ask if I wanted a smaller supply so they could prepare it ahead of time?? Absolutely abysmal service! If I could give zero stars I would. I've had some form of an issue or another getting a medication filled the last 4 times that I've used them. They say that a doctor didn't write a diagnosis code so they can't fill a script, so I have the doctor resend, I've even had the doctor call and speak to the pharmacist personally and resend with a diagnosis code. Then they'll say that they'll fill and even give you a time but not actually do it. You wont find this out until you've already driven up there, forget getting a courtesy call. Oh, and don't even try and call them because that's a hot mess. At best you'll be able to leave a VM with a commitment that they'll call you back. That won't happen. Bottom line.... they're understaffed and undertrained. The scary part is that it's so bad that it borders on negligence. How they can treat patients/customers so horribly and still be in business I have no idea. read more

Do not come here! This should not be called a clinic, nurse practitioner Courtney refused to prescribe an inhaler for asthmaic symptoms. Stated she would call 911 if needed but would not prescribe my maintance medication and even refused to prescribe a rescue inhaler, stating it was policy. Made me feel like I was asking for narcotics instead of a simple inhaler. CVS sells over the counter inhalers yet the clinic is unable to prescibe inhalers due to "policy". Why do you give the option online for asthma but refuse to actually help people who come in with asthamic problems? I was helped by the medexpress near by, skip CVS minute clinic and go see a real clinic that can prescribe you what you really need. read more

Just HORRIBLE! I don't even know why they have a phone, nobody ever answers it. Went there about 7:30 PM after making several 30 minute phone call attempts, because my CVS didn't have my medication. They had it and needed to pull the prescription from my CVS. They would text me when ready. At 9 PM have not heard anything and my CVS closes at 10. Come to the pharmacy because once again nobody answers that phone, to find out they haven't even called my CVS to pull the prescription. For a 24 hour pharmacy you figure someone would at minimum pick ip the phone! Last time this pharmacy sees me. read more

A trip to the pharmacy at this location is like slipping into an alternate universe where time stands still. Bring a good book, snacks, and plenty of water if you hit the drive-thru as you will be there for a good long while. I've been currently sitting here for 40 minutes and cannot change my mind as I'm blocked in by other poor folks who have become trapped in this customer service disaster. Please do not expect helpful and courteous service when you finally reach the window, lest you be disappointed. Keep your expectations low. If you need to pick up meds or drop something off the best time to go is aftet 8 or you will wind up wasting your dayat this place. They screwed up my husbands prescription. I called the pharmacy department the next day and they were extremely rude. The pharmacist didn't even want to give me his name. Joe the pharmacist said he had to check with the pharmacist on duty the day we filled the prescription and would call back. He never did. I called corporate and the service agent was kind but we never received a call back. So we were double charged and never received the prescription. A simple inventory would have shown we only took one refill not two. What really bothers me is they never called to say "yes we made a mistake" or "sorry but you are out of luck". Their cashiers seem clueless and argumentative on even the simplest questions. I'll be using the Walgreens across the street from now on. read more

The pharmacy tech at the drive through let me wait for 30 minutes without acknowledging me, while taking several other cars in the other line. He then told me that my medication wouldn't be ready until after midnight. I told him it would be great to have it before midnight because it is regulated prescription so I can stay on schedule to pick it up every month and not get behind. He said "you got somewhere to be?" I questioned him. And he said very rudely "you goin somewhere? You can't get it tomorrow?", and I said I can't get it tomorrow (I am out of this medication and need it for work) and he said "what could you possibly need xx for at midnight?" In a very judge mental tone, as if to say I abuse my medication. First of all, that is absolutely none of his business. He is a tech. Not a pharmacist, not my doctor. Secondly, he named the drug out loud over the loud speaker so all of the cars could hear. So I got angry and told him it wasn't any of his fucking business, and he told me that because I raised my voice at him that he wasn't going to help me and threatened to call the cops and went back to helping all of the other cars in line and ignored me. I asked for my prescription back and he said "sure" and then intentionally didn't send it back, just to make me angry. Had to drive around and go in to get it. So unprofessional. He has absolutely no authority to treat me the way he did. Even if the pharmacist had done that I would've felt like it was overstepping. read more

This place is amazing. They can't do anything right. Had a RX called in 3 days ago. They say they have to order it pick up next day after 4. So I show up 16 hours after pic up time. They say it will be ready in an hour. So i go back 24 hour later it's not ready give us an hour. Are u kidding me?? Living with the elderly, you spend a lot of time in pharmacies and vitamin depots. Having spent the last 2 months with my grandparents; I'm a connoisseur. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. They seem to enjoy their jobs which is something that can't be said for the competing drugstore across the street. On my last visit I went in for a hangover Gatorade. I'm amazing at finding deals so it was not shocking at all when the register rang it up for $999.99. What could've been a frustrating ragercize was hilarious as I took the bottle to the price check machine to verify its status as the Remy Martin of the 'ades. Sure enough $999.99. I was so depleted I began drinking it immediately after taking it from the fridge. It was delicious, but orange-strawberry was a bit of a misnomer, liquid Pez would be more descriptive. Apparently, this was a discontinued flavor from the AM line, Gatorade knows how we love our Pez breakfasts and had created a perfect fluid simulation. So I have to give an extra star to CVS for pulling a vintage bottle from the sports drink cellar and placing it on the shelf in the ready reach of us plebians. In the end, I was able to use my masculine wiles to secure an absurd discount of $998.60. I'm pretty sure I'll have to put out but what is dignity next to tasting a bit of the history of diabeetus? On a less serious note; I really appreciate the CVS approach of having a discount card that keeps track of your purchases. For some odd reason, management at this location is terrible and it has been for several years. New managers are hired and they all have the same poor or bad behaviors. Helping customers resolve issues is not the focus. Getting customers in and out of the store, photo lab, or pharmacy fast is NOT the goal. It "feels" like this is just poor management training. If I am going in to pickup a couple of items off the shelf, the store experience is good. If you need anything specific or if you need to work with the pharmacy...say a prayer first to get your mind right. This CVS can be seriously frustrating. read more

Stay away from this pharmacy unless you enjoy standing in line, being treated rudely, and having your prescriptions messed up. And don't bother trying to fix your issues by phone, they won't answer. Believe the prior reviews, they are no joke. And the time warp mentioned in the drive thru line is no better inside. I've been using another CVS for years before moving close to this location. My first visit I thought I caught them on a bad day, but two visits later, I realize the only solution is to move my business elsewhere. read more
