She was professional, thorough and her easy-going and friendly manner put me at ease immediately. She performed a minimally invasive procedure with a probe in my throat which was uncomfortable, but she made it as fast, painless and efficient as possible, offering encouragement and support. I found her very thorough, and willing to listen to my symptoms and concerns and address them. Equally important, she was kind, understanding, sympathetic and personable. She asked questions and listened to my responses, seeking more information and deeper understanding. As I've started to age and accumulate more health conditions, I've seen more and more doctors and specialists, many of whom are dismissive, uncaring and even rude. My doctor's office responded to your representative's request for Insurance Verification for the New Year in JANUARY when they received it. My insurance had APPROVED since LAST year for headgear straps to be sent every 60-90 days. Your company reps NEVER complied with that, instead, arguing with ME that the Insurance Company didn't approve it but for every six months, IN SPITE OF A CONFERENCE CALL WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY verifying that YOUR company was wrong. Two days ago, I FINALLY received my long-needed supplies, including new headgear...but no strap. I'm using a strap that is now going on 9 months of use. What am I supposed to secure the headgear with? DUCT TAPE? Gorilla Glue? Shoe Laces? WTF is wrong with you people? GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER FOR CHRISSAKES!!!

If that's the case, then please avoid the American Lung & Sleep Disorder Clinic and Dr. Rajesh Agrawal. His staff is rude, indifferent to your problems and certainly will not go out of their way to help Dr. Agrawal's patients. The techs at the clinic are cranky and have zero patience when it comes to administering breathing tests which can be very traumatic when you're having trouble breathing in the first place. Dr. Agrawal's staff doesn't even know how to answer the phone courteously. When it came to getting equipment that Dr. Agrawal was prescribing me, the staff basically told that I was on my own when it came to dealing with the insurance companies and the equipment businesses. When I was told my life depended on this equipment and then told to handle getting it myself; that actually made me emotional to think that someone in the healing field could be so cruel and callous.
