My family has used CVS for years. The workers are always pleasant and I don't have anything negative to say. Even when they don't have a medication in stock, they communicate well and will transfer the prescription or keep you up to date as to when the medication will come in. This CVS steals narcotics! I went to pick up my pain medication and it was missing even though they marked it as filled. Not only did they short the medication, but they also marked it as filled so it seems like someone stole it? A normal person can check their PDMP and see what has been dispensed. This CVS LIED ABOUT WHAT WAS DISPENSED! DEA here I come to report this crooked facility!!!! Stay away from CVS! They have become tyrants and can only be corrected by making sure Pharm Benefit Managers are CUT OUT of the equation!! If you have an acute or chronic pain condition which requires medication as a last resort, do not TRUST CVS!! They have stolen other medications from me in the past as well!!! read more

They get my prescriptions to me pretty fast unless they are busy. The employees have always been friendly and helpful.

Big shout out to the people who work there. My husband accidentally drop our credit card. It fell out of his pocket. (The rational of that should be argued in private). They found it. Saved it for us. It was so secured and kept it in their little safe with all their money. There are good and honest people in this world. Thank you so very much. read more

Service is usually lackluster, liked it more when it was 24-hours and pharmacy is typically very slow

I was just at CVS arguing with Tina over her ONLY rinsing her hands with water for 3 seconds AFTER using and flushing the toilet! No soap was used and definitely not 20 seconds of friction! Immediately after her three minute rinse to cleanliness she starts cleaning her teeth with a paper towel. (Still dirty hands from wiping and touching the toilet to flush. Then touching the stall door to leave the stall. I'm sure those are full of harmful germs!!!!) In the restroom I was nice. I told her that she should be careful not using soap, because she can get sick from the flu and other germs. Her reply was "Oh I got a flu shot, and I washed up earlier!!!" I left it alone thinking she was just another customer. Then to my surprise she opens the doorknob (still with potential illness causing germs), walks towards the pharmacy department and touches the pharmacy walk through door, her jacket, and goes to work!!! I reported her to the pharmacist that was giving my mom her flu shot, and she had the nerve to come get loud with me saying "Ma'am I wash my hands back here". I told her in MY known loud voice that she contaminated every object and doorknob she touched as she went back to work with dirty hands! Her defense was she washes her hands in the back! I told her "Well do you know about contamination, and if not you needs to take a class! Get loud with me and I will do the same! Now everyone knows you don't wash your dirty hands!
