Pharmacist Emma snarky and rude. Maybe she is mad she has to work until 9 pm. Will not return.

Was just at the pharmacy. Walgreens at river and craycroft( excellent pharmacy and really nice staff btw!) was out of one of my scripts. I was told by them I could switch my script to CVS or get a one time script written by my Dr, which I elected to do. The woman helping me did not give a f**k. I realized they had my phone number wrong. I tried to ask how that might be- maybe my provider(?) no response just kept prompting me through the screen questions. Asked if I could fix- told "no". Got to the page about how I wanted to be contacted; asked if there was an email option? No response Told to go to the next page. The options were call or text. She literally asked which one I preferred! I said well, neither since it's the wrong number. Told to go to the next page and my only option was no contact. I even offered that maybe I put it in wrong at one time?(I did get a Covid test there for proof to fly back in 20/21)- NO RESPONSE! She rang up my items and gave the to me. She's obviously smart enough to get a Pharmacy Tech certification but customer service is necessary also! Just astounded by the lack of emotion/empathy/response? I might as well have been dealing with a robot! Customer service training. read more

The pharmacy employees are grumpy and unhelpful. The general attitude of the staff is reflective of their environment and is passed on to customers. I dread picking up prescriptions. I receive misinformation and messages left are not returned. I have also been advised coupons are not accepted. I am looking for an alternative that is consumer friendly and informative. In conclusion, the majority of the store staff is wonderful! Please provide customer service training for the pharmacy staff, they deserve it and so do their customers! Regards, Lynn Power read more

They have recently changed the whole staff and now they have no idea what they are doing. It took 2 weeks to get my last prescriptions filled. I have moved my business to Safeway. The Pharmacist is rude and nasty. Her employees are largely younger girls who spend their ttime gigling. I challenged one employee to fill my prescription. She couldn't figure it out so she slammes it on the counter and said it couldn't be done! The pharmacist told me when I apparently was not as excited about a potential drug interaction as she was: "At your age you are likely to fall again". I'I'm 69. They can't follow simple instruction on how to consistently dispense a prescription. To much turn over. Pharmacy MGR guesses does not read patients previous prescription notes after District Pharmacy Manager said it would not happen again. Drive through is closed reason given because a sensor. Always something at this store hiring lack of experience employees new Pharmacy techs. read more

The Pharmacy Department is excellent. But the store itself is very poor. Bought an item from the pharmacy shelve and took it up to the front for checkout. The cashier tried 4 times to give me the 20% off for my purchase of a CVS Brand product but would not take my 30% coupon. Saying he could only give me the 20% off since was limited to only one coupon. I am a rewards member and never was told I could use only discoutn at a time. 1st time this had ever happened. I'm very happy with this pharmacy, especially compared to the one next door. The pharmacists are kind and understanding. The minute clinic people have been great. I even had a covid test which was done professionally and quickly. They have moved the covid testing to a separate area in the parking lot so it won't interfere with the drive thru pharmacy traffic anymore. And they do curbside pickup, although I'm betting this will end with the pandemic. It would sure be nice if it continued as it's a great way for disabled people to get what they need. read more

If you love waiting on the phone for the pharmacy to answer so you can check on prescription status for 30 minutes and 5 calls later and you are thrilled when the pharmacist indicates to you that you should go else where to fill your prescriptions, then by all means this pharmacy is definitely for you! I wanted to speak on the phone to find out if they have my prescription in stock so I didn't take the 35 minute drive for no reason. I tried calling six times over a three day period during business hours sat on hold for 20 minutes each time and nobody at the pharmacy ever even answered the phone. So I finally took the drive, waited in line at the pharmacy counter going to find out that my prescription was on back order. read more

The staff here at this CVS pharmacy have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are professional, courteous and respectful each and every time I come in to pick up my prescriptions, ask questions or drop off prescriptions. My family enjoys being able to receive prompt service 100% of our visits here. read more

Make an appt on line. Day of appt got sent a text with a link to check in. Went to CVS 15 minutes before appt. Checked in with link. 30 after my appt time minutes later asked about my appt. They had no clue that I had an appt. At the very least once someone checks in, they should talk tol you and tell you how long you might have to wait until your "appt". I had the flu and searched for a place to get a Covid test. I decided to go to CVS on Tanque Verde. I went July 3, 2021. It is now July 16, 2021 and I still have no response about my test. I've stayed home for fear of infecting someone. Thank goodness I had been vaccinated prior to getting ill. If I had to depend on test results from CVS, I probably would not have survived. They are a joke. Next time I'll go to Walgreens. read more

Six stars! Honestly I had no idea that MinuteClinic even existed until this week. Two friends recommended I go for a fairly severe skin rash and allergic reaction. The nurse who checked me in was absolutely incredible as well as the nurse practitioner who helped me and prescribed a medication. I am blown away how incredible the service was and I actually got in same day which I guess is rare. The pharmacy was also attentive and I could not be happier knowing that this service exists because I really needed them for my health and peace of mind. Very grateful so thank you! Do yourself a favor. Go to a different pharmacy. I had a question for the pharmacy that couldn't be resolved through the automated system. I was on hold for 7 minutes and then someone picked up and immediately hung up on me. I called right back and was on hold for 22 minutes, closing time. Again...someone picked up and hung up on me. Just wasted 15 minutes of my life waiting in the drive thru. When we got to the window (only one car was in front of us) We were told 'oh, you were behind a COVID test, but it's okay' Well it is NOT okay. There are two lanes for this drive thru one that is marked for COVID, and the one that we were in. Due to the clearly marked COVID lane, you cannot exit the regular lane once you are in it. So we got to sit, and sit, and sit while someone stuck a swab up their nose or in their throat. GET A BETTER SYSTEM read more

The pharmacy is fine. The constant, intrusive, automated phone calls are not. They keep putting my meds on autorefill even though I ask EVERY time for them not to do that, then they autocall me to "ask" if i want my prescriptions refilled. The most annoying merchant with whom I do business. read more

I had gone to urgent care and they gave me a prescription to be filled at this location I gave them several hours to fill it when later that day they did not have it ready. They told me that it would be ready by close, so I show up at a few minutes before close and they have already closed everything. They let me know that they open the next day at 8. I told them I was sure that it was supposed to be open the person simply told me we are already closed I told the person that they were the ones that told me to come at this time. (A waste of breath I know). This is not even the first time I have had problems with this location they have messed up my regular meds over charged me and most of all wasted my time.if you need something I wouldn't leave it in the hands of this location take your business to somewhere more reliable. They seem over burdened under staffed mistakes can and will be made to what end I hope nothing serious. read more

Incompetent! I can't even begin to express how disgusted I am with CVS and their minute clinic. We had tickets to a performance which for my family were costly but it was my daughter's 16 birthday and I wanted to do something extra special. The performance required a negative COVID results or vaccination. I have had my vaccination but my daughter isn't fully vaccinated yet. The show was at 7:30 so to be certain we had the test results in time, we took her out of school for a 1:00 appointment. And then we waited for the results of the rapid test results which should have been 15 minutes and waited and waited. By the time I arrived home from work at 4:30 still nothing so my husband drove back to the store to see if there was an issue. The lady rudely responded that we needed to give it time and did we follow directions on the sheet. My husband said he didn't receive anything just verbally told he would get a text. She said she gives EVERYONE the sheet. Now my husband's an honest guy but can forget something so he called my daughter to see if the did receive the information sheet. Nope she confirmed what he already knew. We followed the directions to no avail-no results. Time is ticking but I don't want to give up so we drive downtown and wait at the gates hoping and praying for a text. We watch all the beautifully dressed up people pass us on their way in to enjoy what we only dream might soon be us... first call....last call and nothing. My daughter isn't an over dramatic teen but she was clearly upset and rightly so. She sat silently crying the entire ride home.
