Zero stars. I recently needed a new pharmacy so we thought CVS would be convenient. Big mistake! They are so lost and confused. No one seems to know how to do anything. No one ever answers the phone and once they call back they claim they "fixed" whatever the issue was, but they dont. They can't. Because no one has a clue what they are doing. Every time I come they are extremely rude! I've had a disappointing experience with this pharmacy. Service has consistently felt slow and disorganized, and I often leave feeling more frustrated than helped. Staff members don't seem very attentive, and communication could be much clearer especially when it comes to wait times or prescription issues. This is the worst CVS pharmacy I've ever gotten prescriptions filled at. Pharmacy staff has consistently been unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional. Today there was surprisingly no line. The representative came to check me out and she didn't even look at me. She was short and seemed to be bothered that I needed assistance. Lines move slowly and the pharmacy staff seem to have little regard for customers. Please do not use this CVS pharmacy for prescriptions! This is one of the worst CVS pharmacy's I have ever used and i have always thought highly of this chain. The customer service of the pharmacy team is unacceptable and very unfriendly. They never have your prescriptions ready on time as stated on the texts that are sent to your phone by CVS. Something has happened in the past year to the operation of this specific store to make it become the most unfriendliest-pharmacy in Tyler. I have changed now to the CVS in Target where I find real professionals who take the time to answer my concerns and have my medicines ready when they say they will be ready. Hope this one here gets new mgmt and new personnel soon or they will lose a lot of business, I predict that to happen. read more

Slowest service ever and not very helpful. When I moved here 3 years ago I went looking for a CVS near my house since it's the preferred pharmacy on my insurance. Knew from the start it was slow and not helpful. Thought it might get better but it's gotten worse. Don't try to call them, you'll be on eternal hold. Drive thru is almost always backed up and inside is just as bad. Went today and after getting repeated texts about my prescriptions being ready for pick up, they couldn't locate one of them. There seems to be plenty of staff so I'm not sure what the problem is read more

Worst CVS pharmacy ever they are so rude to you in person and on the phone. They are incompetent they misspelled my last name and I couldn't get my prescription because of it until my husband went there to tell them what they did wrong. The phone call was the rudest she asked me do you have the CVS app? I replied no she then says we'll it cuts down on phone calls and she said sarcastically and hung up on me. This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. I went in a few days ago to purchase a few things. Once I got it all, I went to check out. There wasn't anyone there. So I went to the pharmacy and asked if anyone could check me out. I was told that I could use self-check in the front. I responded that I didn't want to use self-check, at least not without an employee discount. The young girl, dark long hair, was rude and didn't want to check me out. I said that I could go to another store if she preferred, and she responded that I could go to another store. I said that I didn't want to, but I just wanted to check out. She said she would send someone to the front. She did. Someone to HELP ME WITH SELF-CHECK. So I left and went to Walgreens to make my purchase. I am a long-time customer of CVS. Not anymore. I will not do your job and check myself. Hire somebody. That is YOUR responsibility, and not mine. But to respond that I should just go to another store? That's probably the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Yes, I shared this bad experience and the location of social media. Turns out that CVS doesn't have a good reputation in this area. I can see why. read more

Impossible to get a human on the phone. Used this pharmacy for a couple years and I've had a few hiccups here and there where I needed to speak with a person. You'll be put on hold for forever, and half the time they will just hang up!! It's bizarre. And if you do manage to get someone on the phone I'm pretty sure it's an outsourced call, not someone at this pharmacy. The workers here are very nice though, I have great experiences with their employees in person. I brought my boyfriend (who is from England) to get the covid vaccine so he can go home for Christmas, and the pharmacist we had was very rude to him because she couldn't understand him with his accent, so he complained that she was being rude... when we were filling out paperwork for him to get the vaccine we overheard her talking badly about him to her coworkers saying "I can be rude if I want to... wow, go back to where you came from". Very disappointing considering she is a grown ass woman talking like that about someone just because they're not from here. Will not be going back. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! DO NOT get your prescriptions filled here! I've been in Tyler almost 2 years and not once have my prescriptions been ready when scheduled/promised. Last straw - went 3 times to pick up prescription and told it isn't ready then the last time I go, told I have no prescriptions at all. They are WAY understaffed and poorly managed!!! read more

Places like this are why I hate chains ! After waiting in line to get a flu shot in the only register that had a cashier, I finally make it to the front I'm told I had to check in and get paperwork at the other end and then could get back at the end of the line I was in again. I'll go by Good's pharmacy in the morning and only have to wait once in one line ! read more

If you go here you will be ignored. It doesn't matter if they are busy or you are the only customer at the pharmacy. Employees will make eye contact and not even say that they will be with you in a minute. The complete lack of service is incredibly rude and it happens nearly every time I'm in there. read more

This place has improved a lot over the experiences in 2014-2017. We have been going here 10 years. The ladies are getting it together and I have not had to wait in line for months more than a few minutes during mid morning or mid afternoon. Even the drive up. The OTC things always have a coupon or sale on them. If not - your buying an expensive AKA Original or patented product. Walgreens across the Street is a ghost of what they were 10 yrs ago. read more

We relocated here three months ago so I looked forward to the ease of transferring my prescriptions from a Round Rock, TX CVS and counted on the stellar customer care that I had come to appreciate from the company. I initially visited a CVS closer to my home and the pharmacy was so busy that no one ever greeted me after I stood at the drop-off window for over two minutes. Not being discouraged, I headed for this CVS. My initial experience in May 2016 with the male tech, was really good. Although a busy place, he took time to update my information so that I could have my refills transferred and processed at this store. That was the absolute last positive experience I had with this pharmacy. Refills have not been completed on time, auto-refills have been done though I requested not to have auto-refills, and wait times in store and at the drive through are excruciating--even during times that would not be considered busy. I recently had a medication changed and should have had, at least been offered a consultation with the Pharmacist. As usual, she was flying around the store appearing frazzled and disorganized. The final straw came when I asked a tech about an OTC product. She replied that with the store's remodel, "Everything is in different place now", No offer to ask someone or to help me find it. I spoke to the store manager on duty who apologized and helped me locate my item. He also explained that with CVS, the pharmacy is under separate management from the store. New town, new pharmacy.
