Even though it's location is nowhere near convenient for us. We might be done here. The reactions we received in the pharmacy department tonight were very disappointing. I had ordered a prescription and had evidence of it on the app on my phone. The attendant looked at me several times as though I were from a different planet. She clearly thought I was out of my mind...even though I had called in my prescription and received confirmation via email and text. My wife asked the pharmacist for assistance on over-the-counter medication for one of her children. The pharmacist had a suggestion and gave us a general description as to where this item might be in the store. We had a stocking clerk helping us for quite a few minutes and found nothing. Finally, the pharmacist came out and it took her all of 15 seconds to find the item. Hope this place returns to the great customer service we started going there for in the first place.

As I pulled up to the window it the clock had just clicked 1:27 just as I let out a sigh of relief that I'd made it in time, the extremely cranky lady closed the curtain on the window and threw a sign up in my face saying closed for a meal break. I proceeded to press the call button. The lady then opened up the curtain, picked up her phone and told me they were closed for a meal break. To which I responded that I'd just driven twenty minutes to get there and reminded her that it was not yet 1:30, not time to close. With a blank stare she replied "no sir it's not quite 1:30 but it will be soon" hung up her phone and shut the curtain in my face for the second time. By far the rudest I've ever been treated by anyone in any business. I typically avoid this pharmacy because they rarely ever get my prescriptions filled within 48 hours of the dr sending them in. Even when I'm notified that they are ready for pickup I have waited in the drive thru (unable to get out of line) for over an hour and 15 minutes. I've had prescriptions come up with "delayed pharmacist reviewing prescription" for a week with no one ever contacting me to inform me of the problem or doing anything about it. I will never do business here again and suggest anyone who expects prompt quality service to seek it elsewhere as this location has let me down every single time. If could leave 0 star ratings I would.

What if I was dying this was necessary vital to my health and out of nine prescriptions they feel sick. come back two days later for the other two and then I go on the app to check on my third one and it's not even there anymore. I guess they decided that since they filled the other ones they don't have to worry about that anymore so when I contact as usual is it's out of stock. We have to wait for it to be supplied again so in other words, I suffer until you guys restock makes no sense. The coupons that you're given to use never work. They even tried to tell me it was too soon to fill a prescription, a doctor called in just that morning. And if they were actually able to fill the prescription, then they were not capable of processing the insurance properly. I called Eagle Pharmacy in Lindale, and they pulled the prescriptions, processed the insurance, and I had everything I needed in 24 hours. Customer service here is not just awful, it's non-existent. Even after speaking with them and them assuring me the right prescriptions would be filled, days later, they still had not done it. I mean, who needs blood thinners? That's not important. I would never recommend CVS.
