I was in the deli, getting some meat sliced, a very nice young man was helping me very pleasant very helpful, then a rude human wearing a Walmart vest (name redacted to appease Yelp" walked up. In front of me and another customer she was very rude to the young man that was slicing my meat. Told him in a very rude voice pay attention to what you're doing. You've got other things to be doing, don't be chit chattin. I found this completely unacceptable the young man was slicing my meat asking me how I wanted it being very cordial and providing me with what I considered good service. there was absolutely no reason for her to walk up and interrupt the conversation and be rude. Here's a little advice (name redacted to appease Yelp) if you feel the need to correct an employee why don't you do it in the back instead of doing it in front of customers. It makes the whole situation worse for everyone. And there's no need to be rude, If your having a bad day go home, don't ruin everyone else's day too.

There are plenty of pharmacists and techs to promptly process prescriptions as they come in. On one occasion I had to drive a distance from an Immediate Care facility to pick up a prescription on a Saturday afternoon. While my husband was driving I called the pharmacy to make sure they had received the prescription and were filling it. I warned them that I would probably arrive five minutes before closing. No problem, the prescription had been received and was being filled as we spoke. I arrived right on time and the prescription was waiting for me. You don't get that kind of service at a chain pharmacy. This business definitely deserves five stars!

I called & was told i was the 4th caller & waited 21/2 hrs as 4 became 1 and then another 1/2 hr or more with no reported calls in front of me & was then told the other one hadn't come in did I want the other one delivered? I paid for same day delivery. And now they ask if I want it delivered? This isn't the first time this has happened & I'm pretty over the incompetence it their staff! No apology, concern, nothing just do you still want it delivered? I asked if it could still be delivered today & she said yes. There were a couple other issues but it is supposed to be delivered today. We will see. They used to have free 2-3 day delivery. Now there's a $3.99 delivery fee for it and a $5.99 same day fee for terrible service & totally worse customer service. This isn't going to happen again. I've had it! Then the pharmacist was rude with my wife in the drive thru. I called and ask Jason about the situation his reply was his pharmacist didn't say anything out of the way. So my wife's a liar is the way I took it. This is the 3rd problem I've had from there newer staff. I guess loyalty to a place doesn't exist.
