I've received multiple conflicting explanations for the same prescription (out of stock, insurance issue, order cancelled), and the pharmacy rarely communicates proactively. If you don't strongly advocate for yourself and follow up repeatedly, your prescription may never get filled. I've tried to resolve this directly with the pharmacy without success and hope management will address the issue.

They took six days to fill an antibiotic prescription allowing my infection to flare. Communication was almost non-existent. The scrip was sent Friday, no call to confirm. Monday I called, they couldn't find it. (They later did.) Tuesday I called and was told they didn't have the drug to fill it. I was also told to call the Doc because instructions were missing. I did. Wednesday I called, it was promised that evening or the next day by 3:00 PM, IF I confirmed in writing that I wanted it. I did. Thursday my husband called at 3, it wasn't ready. He drove there anyway and the Pharmacist claimed "computer problems." Too many days, too many excuses, compromising the health of customers.

There was a line at the pharmacy, and only one person was helping the drive-thru. I found an employee and asked if they could let me in, and she said to talk to the folks back there, motioning to the pharmacy. I said it was busy and asked if she could help me. She said (exact words), "Nope, whatever, what do you want me to do?" and shrugged and returned to her business. I went back into the line, now really having to go," the folks in the line apologized. After a few minutes of nobody showing up, I decided to leave. On the way out, I asked the cashier where a bathroom was I could use (hoping she would help me there or at least point to a business that doesn't hate its customers).
