Luckily there is a CVS only 700 feet away from the sushi place. That works for me. They don't even have any Sriracha at CVS. They have condiments, but no Sriracha. Only the basic stuff. CVS Mimi clinic is a big joke and a farce. Your giving the public a punch of numbers to accesses results. Like repeating a 16 digit credit card number. ARE YOU SERIOUS! This is a very Volatile times in peoples lives and all you can do is give them a punch of numbers. No results? I'm sure being a pharmacist at a CVS wasn't in this chicks childhood fantasies, but the customer service here is abysmal at best. I come here quite frequently, although I try to avoid prescription meds here at all costs because the staff is so unfriendly and miserable. Today I had to take my mother to the ER after which I needed to rush to the pharmacy to have her prescriptions filled so she could sleep. Unfortunately this was the ultimate inconvenience to the pharmacist. Cue eye rolls, rude remarks and slamming things around. I know 30 minutes before close isn't preferred, but I assume you understand that there is a level of urgency you take on when becoming a pharmacist. If you're going to be this unfriendly to people that need medication, go find a new job. read more

I would prefer 0 Stars if that was an option. I had a simple prescription for eye drops for a dog- they told me 10 minutes. After an hour of sitting and waiting next to the pharmacy I left but first asked for my prescription back. Was then told oh it has been ready for about an hour. Asked why they didn't announce or text as I had been promised and they just kept saying just come check out and not worry about the oversight- an oversight of an hour of my time! No apology I walked out and will move all my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

Every time I go here for prescriptions something is wrong and it's not ready yet and God f**king forbid they have to make a damn phone call, they just say it can't be done call you doctor and come to find out it was CVS who LIED! to me because they were to stupid and unbelievably lazy to make a GD phone call. I will never go back to this place again. If CVS was smart they would clean house at this location and send them all backing. On one horrible trip to this shit hole I gave them my prescription and was told it would be 20 mins so I wondered around waiting and after about 10 mins the stupid fuck that just told me 20 mins was closing the steel cage and trying to leave for the day. Aweful service, I had a perception called in at 2:00pm. They wouldn't call a contact number I was given to answer a couple simple questions. I had to call and then have the company call CVS. Then I was told my perception were being worked on so I went home and came back at 6pm still not filled... Really Really, come on. The good news is there are ten other pharmacy/convenient stores near by. Do your self a favor go to them instead of here. read more

My son went to the pharmacy department. As a type 1 diabetic he had accidentally run out of pen needles and went to the pharmacy to buy some replacements. Not only did the pharmacist refuse to sell him any, she insinuated he was a junkie. It is not against the law to buy these pen needles, but CVS pharmacists plays judge and jury on who gets them. The reason I say that is because I went in, later in the day. The same pharmacist offered me a few to get me through until I could show her a prescription. Again, it is not against the law to buy these pen needles. CVS needs to stop playing judge and jury - what if my son had ended up in the hospital because of her actions. @ krogerpharmacy is the way to go. read more

Time and time again this pharmacy fails me, and I've finally had enough. Because of the convenient location to my home, we always used this pharmacy. My husband and I both fill prescriptions here, as well as our daughters'. Every time we have used the pharmacy lately (especially within the past year) the competency of the pharmacy staff is so low. They often don't have the meds we need (nothing out of the ordinary...eye drops, allergy pills, etc.). They even had two accounts for my husband and couldn't figure out why "joe" wasn't getting his scripts filled while "Joseph" was. I was most recently turned away because they had NO store brand Behind the counter allergy pills and recommended the name brand. Ummm...no. Also, my doc informed me that CVS has a deal with the makers of Ortho Tri Cyclen and they won't suggest a generic. I have been spending $80 every three months for it! Unbelievable. Needless to say, we have changed pharmacies. Too bad...used to be great. Pharmacy techs need to get organized back there and remember they are there to help people, not gouge the sick for more money. read more

I've never had an issue with the Pharmacy. They were actually incredibly helpful while I was trying to get my husbands prescriptions after some complications with a surgery. I wish I could remember the name of the man that helped me. The only issue I have is that they're not 24 hours. After living down the road from a 24 hour CVS that had a 24 hour pharmacy as well it's definitely an adjustment. read more

Having grown up in Walled Lake, this has been my convenient, go-to pharmacy for over a decade. The service here had always been great but lately they can't seem to get anything right. My prescriptions are NEVER ready when I'm told they will be, if there is some sort of hiccup with filling it they no longer call to figure it out or even let me know; I just get the pleasure of finding out when I arrive that my script is not ready that there's some kind of issue. I must also sort it out myself and then wait longer for them to actually fill it. When the prescriptions are finally filled, the lines have been long and the staff particularly crabby. I don't mean to inconvenience the employees but unfortunately I cannot ring up my own purchase. On that note, the employees that I've run into at the front counters are ALWAYS pleasant and very helpful. I wish tiny could toss some of their sunshine toward the back of the store! read more
