Now that the booths were removed and they only have regular table seating, service is a bit different (you order at the front or at the kiosk instead of someone taking your order), but I actually love how it all works! From an operational standpoint, I feel like it actually makes things go smoother and faster. Additionally, I don't know if it's just because I haven't had their sushi in a bit, but I felt like their portion sizes actually increased slightly (which is always amazing)!! Love love LOVEEE their sushi and hearty miso soup so much. Great selection of drinks from the fridge inside, and so many vegetables, fish, snacks, and essentials (e.g., hair care, toothpaste).

The premade food choices are growing by the day. They are always adding to their offerings with new flavors and tastes. I started coming to One world market in 1997 when it was first home by a husband and wife team. It was very special at that time to have a Japanese focused grocery store and I was so happy to have one in the Novi area. This has been my go-to for decades now. When it was transitioning from private ownership to the Noble Village group, owned by True World group, there was a transitional decline, thankfully, that didn't last long and things are developing very nicely. I hear even more growth is on the horizon as they establish an even greater presence in the building next door. I am also thankful that the integrity and the high-quality is very much present and everything they do. The service is always top notch and they try to open up a lot of lanes so people get through quickly because it is busier than ever. The word is definitely out. I've seen a lot of posts on social media and it's bringing in an even greater crowds, which is fantastic! Note: the on-line ordering is also so convenient and their sushi platters are high-level!

Grabbed a chocolate croissant, custard danish, garlic cheese bacon bun and a garlic hotdog. The chocolate croissant had two sides dipped in chocolate and the filling is a chocolate mousse, it's different. The croissant is much heavier and more dense than I like. Cost less than $25 The custard danish is quite strange. The custard isn't smooth, more of a ricotta texture and feel. The danish is rather heavy to me. Not so yummy to me. The garlic cheese and bacon bun is an open sandwich and is extremely greasy. The almond cookies are okay. The garlic hotdog is what it says, it's so-so. Coffee and pastries were all underwhelming.

I absolutely LOVE the h&c crossiant. They do add an aioli that might throw some people off, so beware if you are not a fan of mayo or spice. Since opening, service has always been friendly and much quicker. And I love that they changed up the seating areas- they added cushioned seating along the back windows. This is a great place to come for a quick bite, meet up with friends, or even while you're waiting to rotate your tires. A huge plus is, they are open 365 days a year!

It has some seating available inside and out, but has a carry out feel to it as well. The menus on the wall on the TV near the register, and I got their original burger with a drink. I normally would also get tater tots, but passed since I was hungry, but not that hungry. While I was waiting for my food, I will say, there was consistent and regular carryout traffic in the 30 to 40 minutes that I was here. Quite impressive I must say. When my food came out, it was as delicious as I remember. Glad to see (and taste) that the same great flavor and efforts being put in across the board at this new location. Once placing the order, the food came out pretty fast and hot. The jalapeño burger didn't look like the picture and I was bummed to not have an option to customize it. I was not a fan of the pretzel bun. It definitely would've gone better with the brioche bun. We also got a side order of cajun fries and a smash burger. The burgers were okay. The jalapeño burger was pretty greasy. Not sure I would return with the price.
