I witnessed the patience and knowledge with their customers and switched pharmacies on the spot . I'm so happy I did. My 84 year old father had an issue with his portable oxygen machine which he needs 24x7. Instead of telling me to call in Monday, the woman who answered the phone asked me to hold and 30 seconds later she has a solution. One of the guys was making a delivery and was willing to go (substantially) out of his way to get my Dad a replacement machine. They could not have been nicer or more responsive.
