I wish I could give this woman a negative star for her poor bedside manner. Her credentials mean…read morenothing if she is not going to listen to you and brush off your concerns. I had to have a thyroid biopsy to which she said would not hurt and thus would not need numbing. I cried through the whole procedure and was unable to finish it due to how much pain I was in. She didn't even seem to care. Her assistant was more concerned than she was. She had no idea of my conditions and was not interested in learning about them by looking into them. Even though this doctor may have experience and expertise she is an awful person who has ZERO empathy for her patients. I would highly recommend NOT going to see this person!! Don't even try advocating for yourself with her because she just doesn't give a damn. Find someone else, I assure you will be better off. This woman needs to take a class on descent bedside manner and improvement of empathy.

Was referred by my primary physician concerning diabetic issues. The first ( & only) appointment I…read morewas seen by her PA. Don't doctors do the initial evaluation? I told the PA my issues, she suggested bloodwork " to see if" I actually had diabetes. Um, what? I'd already been diagnosed by the primary. Anyway, between the primary's office assistant & this place I finally ended up with an appointment but I couldn't remember where the place/building was( although I did get into the right area). That's when I had a panic attack & called the office to let them know the situation-no answer-& get help on finding them. So I left a message telling them I'd " be at their friggin' office if I could find the friggin place. The first time someone had brought me. I had to go to another building nearby & get directions & thats when I discovered the receptionist had put all calls on recording. I was late, yes, but would've wait an hour to get in. Nope, I too late & have to reschedule at PA's convince, I'd be called for later date. After that I received a notice I'd not shown up for 3 appointments, & our " relationship had been compromised", i could no longer see her or wherever she worked (4 other offices). I'm like what??! Number 1-I'd only seen the PA once, & now I'm being banned from different offices?? I did tell the receptionist I wasn't paying a no show fee of $75.00when I'd clearly been there, just late. Unbelievable! So, for that reason, this business gets a 1 & I'll never go there again, even If given the chance!

First time there, the office is 7 minutes late to open (3 other patients waiting for them to open)…read more The office staff and RN's are wearing jeans, flip flops and sweatshirts, and look completely unprofessional. In my appt. the provider used hand sanitizer which was great, however their hands smelled like stale cigerettes and I couldn't get that smell off me the rest of the day! Flash forward a couple months and the office people have bad attitudes on the phone and are not easy to work with. I suggest you stay away from here until they get everything figured out. For being a doctors office, I expect a lot higher professionalism- not a highschool classroom. Sorry if this is negative, I usually am not this picky. This place was just not for me.
