Out running errands and we stopped in to pick up some items that we could not find at other locations. Plenty of parking in this large plaza, we were able to park right in front. The inside of the store is clean, well lighted and stocked. We found our items and were able to apply some of our CVS accumulated coupons for some really great savings. This CVS is quite large! It's located on the east side of 441. We stopped by because my husband had some credits/coupons to use before they expired. Plus we always need a "few" things. We browsed a bit --- I always check out the travel and mini products to see what's new. Check out was easy and fast. And yes, I'd go back if in the neighborhood. read more

I have been using this cvs location for the last 6 months for my pharmacy on file. Today was my last day as a customer and will be moving my business elsewhere. Over the last several months, there have been issues with getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Including issues constantly with medications being out of stock and them having to "special order" it. Which that special ordering takes days or up to a week for it to arrive. Maybe others can wait, but most of my medications are time sensitive. My most recent out of stock item was needed same day so they transferred it to another location, which in the system said they had it. Spoiler alert, they didn't check first and I spent an afternoon running around trying to find a cvs that had it in stock in the area. The part that has just really been upsetting was the way I was spoken to on the phone this morning. I called a few minutes after 10am to check on the status of medications that were called in at 4pm the day prior. These meds were needed by 6pm so it felt like a reasonable ask considering the stock issues I've previously experienced. I was rudely told by the pharmacy that they had just opened 5 minutes prior and that I needed to call back in 2 hours. I wasn't aware that 10am was their opening time and thought that 10am was a reasonable time to be looking for information on something so time sensitive. Do better CVS. read more

My daughter had a prescription called in from the ER after the pharmacy had already closed for the night. She needed to start the next morning. I went right when they opened and the prescription was already filled and ready when I got there! The pharmacist and the techs there are always helpful and pleasant. read more

The staff at this CVS are very nice. The Pharmacist Jessica goes above and beyond. And so do the technicians, Kelsey, Andre's, Courtney. All pharmacies are busy. Being polite and courteous to people in the health service industry is particularly important. In addition people are usually more willing to help if you don't act like a complete jerk. Everyone has a bad day. These people are terrific! read more

Closed pharmacy for lunch.... Poor women waiting had to leave to pick up her elderly mom. Pharmacy employees complaining about their day. Of course we can hear them because it's a roll down gate... I'll have more when they reopen about my experience.... Now they're bitching about cockroaches..... no worries they stomped on it....they had four of five prescriptions ready... still waiting.... This pharmacy is a nightmare. I come here occasionally to pick up medications for clients and every time is a disaster. I always call ahead because I know how it is. Today, I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes with no service. I ended up coming in and now I'm still stuck waiting because one medication isn't ready despite them telling me it was on the phone an hour ago. If it weren't for my clients' insurance only covering prescriptions at CVS or Publix, I wouldn't come here. I will recommend that we utilize Publix instead moving forward. read more

The older man in the front of the store and sometimes on register (Wellington, FL location) seemed nice at first but is such a CREEP and condescending every time I go in. I along with other people avoid him. I think his name is Tony. He greets with "hello there young lady" every time. When he rang me up as I was purchasing alcohol he asked me how old I was in which I replied my age, he then asked for my ID. I've never been asked my age instead of simply asking for my ID. As he was looking at my ID he goes "ah what a nice smile you have... it's a shame you have to wear a mask to cover it up". Maybe he just thinks he's being friendly but know your audience and know when people are clearly uncomfortable by you. He explains things to you as if you're dumb. It makes going here so unpleasant. read more

Horrible customer service. Waited 1 hour for a prescription that was dropped off 3 hours earlier. Got a call that my prescription was ready. When I got to the pharmacy they could not find it. No one apologized for the inconvenience of the wait, in fact the pharmacy tech informed me and the 4 other people waiting to call corporate. The Pharmacist ignored everyone. read more

Covid vaccine STAY AWAY! An appointment was sent away after a 2 and a half hour wait. The technician who was supposed to work until 7 wanted to go home at 6 thirty leaving people helpless. Manager TONY...WHO WOULDNT GIVE HIS LAST NAME (KNOWING HE CANT MANAGE THIS VITAL TASK) gave ludicrous reasons for the delay. Tony you suck, as many of these poor reviews establish. You should have made sure these customers left with appointments, after all they waited as long as they did to get them. POOR EXCUSES AND MANAGEMENT. YOU SHOULD GET A PINK SLIP. read more

I just stopped by this spot on my way home. New to the area. An older woman with medium strawberry blonde hair was so helpful and in such a good mood. Funny and kind. She was great. The store was organized and clean. The aisles are situated a little weird and there was no one at the register to check me out so I used the self checkout. read more

This was once a very efficient pharmacy. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. When you call to speak to a pharmacist because your prescription status says in process for days you are on hold for extended periods of time only to be hung up on.....repeatedly! When you do speak to someone they never seem to have the script the doctor sent. Either they are understaffed, unknowledgeable or both. They are polite and friendly in person though. read more

I took my niece to purchase Halloween toys and decorations, and while trying the "touch me displays" the guy there this evening came to watch and asked if we were putting things in the right shelf and looked very bother that we were trying the "touch me" items, why do you have them or ask to test if you're going to have someone on you and looking at you weird while you shop. I'm even thinking of canceling my care card, made me feel so uncomfortable. Very rude as well!!!!!!! If you're planning on getting a COVID test here... Don't. I went last week, I was instructed to swab my nose and put it in the box. What WASN'T instructed was to NOT take the paperwork inside. So naturally with no information given, I took the paperwork home. The documents were for a different patient. I returned to CVS to let them know and I was told then that I wasn't supposed to even take the documents out, and that they were going to fix it. They should have just retested me when I was there but they didn't. I went to a different non-CVS covid testing site the same day because I didn't trust the results that I was going to receive. Lo and behold, two different results for the same day. If you do go here, check the documents. Check the test tube. Check the bag that gets placed in the box for all your correct information. Tell them to give you instructions. Ask questions. Don't waste your time. read more

do not, not, not try to make a covid vaccination appt at this cvs. i had a 4:30 appt for a my first dose of covid vaccine (i am a teacher!!!!!!!). i arrived at 4:10 because they say to get there 5-10 minutes early. i was told i had to wait one hour with an appt. i waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes and was turned away by the time it was almost my turn. the manager...tony.... was not sympathetic at all, rude, and had no remorse for people who waited for three hours. he sucks!!!!!!!!!!! do not give your business to them. the manager tony told me an hour when it as three. the manager tony told me at 5:45 that i would be soon. at 6:15 tony turned me away because the technician wanted to go home even though people were waiting for hours!!!! thanks to the technician for wasting everyones times along with the manager tony for not being communicative or honest about the time line. i was completely told false false false information. do not go here!!! especially for a covid vaccination. read more

Unpleasant experience at this CVS pharmacy. I always used CVS where I moved from with great results. I recently moved to the area and went to fill my son's antibiotic prescription. The woman took forever to even acknowledge I was there. Then she looked annoyed to have to do her job the entire time. I provided a new insurance card and she then told me it wasn't working. I said, well maybe something isn't being input correctly. She rolled her eyes and said "I'm not doing it wrong." I suggested she look at my account and see how they did it for me because it worked for me the other day and we ave the same insurance information. After suggesting this numerous times, she finally tried. Low and behold, it magically then worked. She insisted my card was completely different.. comical considering I had it right with me and all the numbers were identical... Anyway, 10 years later I was ready to go. I tried to be nice because they did get his prescription done before closing time (well actually they took so long it was after closing time.. but I did get the meds for my very sick son) and I told her thank you for getting it done in time. She did not smile, she did not say you're welcome.... then she also forgot to give me back my credit card. I honestly have no idea what this woman's problem is. But one thing is for certain, I will no longer be using this pharmacy! read more
