This Walgreens is a bit tricky to find and get to GPS took me through the mall because I was on 441 I normally do not like Walgreens, but I was in the area and they really needed eye make up remover. I couldn't find the one I was looking for then a woman employee was walking by and I asked her if she had it, she took the time to look with me and when she realized they didn't have the one I wanted. She took the time to make a recommendation and what she uses. It's honestly the best experience I've ever had a Walgreens so if you have to go to Walgreens, I would definitely recommend this location. read more

Waited 5 minutes in their drive up window. When it was my turn, they put up a giant cardboard sign saying they were closed. I explained that I was there to pick up a single prescription and had been in line and she said no they were closed for lunch at 1:30 (it was now 1:33). The audacity of this pharmacy employee was incredible. I asked her if she were in a union because I haven't been treated like that since my last trip to the post office. Do they realize consumers have choice and can go anywhere? There's only one post office, but I no longer will patronize a pharmacy that puts their lunch break ahead a single customer in line (nobody behind me). Simple pick up and I would have been on my way. This location will fail due to whomever is currently managing it. These attitudes trickle down from management or lack thereof. read more

I use Walgreens on Forest Hill in front of the mall area Everyone is friendly cheerful and helpful. I know several people that work there. sometimes they have to have a floating pharmacist, I have no problem telling you that over the weekend Andrea floating pharmacist really made me feel bad. Gave me a very hard time and was completely totally rude. She wouldn't let me talk only she gets to talk I felt like I was in a classroom and getting scolded by the teacher. I reported her and I'm considering going to the corporate Office. One bad apple didn't ruin my loyalty and trust towards everyone in the pharmacy. Absolute idiots. Worst pharmacy ever, I thought it couldn't get any worse but now for some reason it is acceptable for the entire pharmacy to close for lunch for who knows how long so you can't even get a prescription. Not sure how that's legal. read more

A necessary evil. Unfortunately for me, this is the nearest Walgreens. Moved to the area and got my prescription transferred there. That was a mess. Took fifteen minutes for them to refill my prescription and then they proceeded to spam me via calls, texts, and even the P.A. Another occasion I ordered photos and had the confirmation and they had nothing on their end. Had to wait. Got the photos printed. Next day I get an e-mail about even more photos. Complete lack of organization. Have called them. No one ever picks up the phone regardless of department. Finding an employee to help you locate things, too, is difficult. It's always something with this location. Good sales though, and at least the employees fix their messes. Still... I'm somehow always in a bad mood after going to this location. The drive-through pharmacy pick-up is a nightmare, I got stuck today beyond the point where I could exit the line and the car in front of me was at the window for 42minutes. This is after waiting 31 minutes to get to that point.I am basically wheelchair-bound and handicapped so it is too difficult for me to go inside to pick up the prescriptions. Accordingly, it's time to move my prescriptions, and those of my daughter, away from this Walgreen's into another pharmacy, or a mail order service. I was calling to refill my prescription that's very time sensitive and I had been waiting on hold for 15 minutes finally a representative answers the phone they tell me to " hold on" and put the phone down and they I hear another representative tell them to "it's okay just hang up" and the line disconnected. Maria Teresa finally answered my call and advised she was the pharmacy manager but was not able to advise me as to who thought that would be okay to just disconnect after I had been patiently waiting. I've consistently had an issue with this pharmacy it's not okay to play with peoples health and I hope that those representatives never have to be in my position, because karma is really a bitch for lack of a better term. read more

i normally love walgreens and prefer them to other convenience/pharmacy options. however this walgreens (and their staff) is atrocious, so rude, unhelpful and confusing. Why give customers the option of "convenience" by ordering ahead when upon choosing a method of pickup it simply *doesn't exist* If it doesn't exist, why give me the option?!? LOL just stupid and useless. don't plan on making the same mistake twice! update: upon going to the drive thru lane twice we were told it's not there, proceeded to call and it's at the photo counter, park, go inside, THEY MOVE IT TO THE PHARMACY WHERE I WAIT IN LINE INSIDE ***AGAIN**** for a bag that was in arms length of the drive thru window. you can't make it up going back and forth 4 times is NOT convenience! read more

I'm saddened, disappointed, and in disbelief by the treatment I received from the male pharmacist. I suffer from major chronic pain. I was judged inappropriately for the medicine prescribed by my actual physician. After being heavily scrutinized for days with unsubstantiated claims relating to my prescription and dosage, the pharmacist denied my request to fill. I understand that pharmacist can deny any prescription. However, this particular guy made hurtful decisions and formed conclusions in the place of my physician. The pharmacist also checked into my last drug screening. What does that imply??? Yes, I am prescribed controlled substances. Yes, I am extremely cautious when taking any meds, but especially these types. I am an active mother of two. A single mom with a masters degree in Education, curriculum and instruction. My BA is in education and child psychology. I'm a veteran and a former DOD employee, I'm active in the PTA and in my community. I The pharmacist claimed I'd overdose and/or was suspicious that I didn't take my meds, but rather using them for nefarious purposes. The truth is, I HATE taking medicine. I hate that I have to succumb to prescribed drugs just so I can live my active life. I'm in pain daily. Some days, I can't walk. On September 18th, my daughter's birthday, I was in severe pain. It was one of those days that I was in so much pain I could no longer walk. I did all I could for my daughter, but by the evening the pain was just too much. She's 10. She prepared her own cake, I sat on the couch, she brought HER cake over to me because I couldn't make it to the kitchen table. I felt absolutely horrible and embarrassed in front of my children. I suffered in pain like this for one week and then finally, I was denied my doctor prescribed meds by this pharmacist. I'm so incredibly upset that this male pharmacist prejudged me and made unsubstantiated claims. He's not a doctor, he doesn't know me, he doesn't know my health history. He discussed this issue with others in the pharmacy and violated my HIPPA rights. I'm reporting him to the ADA for his unrighteousness behavior. I hope no one has to suffer and go through this scenario with this pharmacist. I feel horrible because of him. Suggested my dosage be decreased; he would then fill it. Tonight 10/10/18 i had the worst experience ever in one of your locations 10420 forest hill blvd wellington fl 33414. I went to pick up my prescription for my Heart when this woman named Laura ( did not get her last name) didn't say hello, good evening, how can I help you????? NOTHING. She asked me "NAME". Thats what she said. So I said hello how are you? Then She said "you are not gonna give me your name? Ok so i am helping another customer". And she turned around left me without help and went to the drive thru window. All that in front of more customers and another employee who was amazed of her attitude. She is the worst employee you walgreens have at that location. That woman was RUDE, Disrespectful, treating customers like crap. It really was a very uncomfortable, stressful situation. She should not be working with customers with that attitud. She needs to learn how to treat people. read more

Awesome Walgreens! Their staff is really what makes them great! They're always friendly and helpful. I've also had to return some items that were broken and bought at another Walgreens location and they don't even bat an eye they just get it taken care of for me without the hassle. This is my fave Walgreens location by far, other places are so, so but everyone here is fantastic! read more
