I was explicitly told I must make an appointment, so I did--scheduled for March 2nd at 11:00am. When I arrived and checked in, there was one appointment ahead of me and five walk-ins. By 11:30, staff began taking additional walk-ins instead of honoring scheduled appointments. When I politely mentioned that I had an 11:00am appointment, the lab tech responded rudely and told me I would have to wait, without explanation. If this location operates on a first-come, first-served basis, appointments are misleading and a waste of patients' time--especially for those who have taken time off work. I understand delays happen, but basic courtesy and clear communication matter. I ultimately had to leave and will not be returning.

I was impressed by the open aisles, and great selection. It's also well lit so these old eyes don't have to strain. During this pandemic, and any time of year to keep people safe, signs remind patrons to keep products sealed - not to open and test. CVS is usually good about taking back products that do not please, so there is no reason to test personal items in the store. Andrew checked me out efficiently, and in his eyes I could see the smile his mask was hiding. He was also friendly & polite. The store has lots of parking, and is easy to get into off off Bruce B. Downs. Getting out to go south might be a little tricky, but it's doable!

You are obviously doing something wrong here. I've gone to CVS in Target for years and years and I've never waited more than 5 minutes. If someone is in the drive through and you can't fill their order in a timely manner we, have them move up so the next person can get their prescription! Maybe a line for drop offs and one for just pickups? I should not have to wait 30+ minutes to pick up a prescription that is ready. I'm likely switching back to CVS and I will pay the small additional fees.

Received a text to call the pharmacy back as they had an update to my prescription so I call after being on hold for 15 minutes I hang up and call again only to be hung up on. Called again as it's a prescription that is needed and this is the only compound pharmacy close by me. Finally speak to someone that basically asks if I want the prescription. After calling for 2 weeks of course I want the prescription. This seems excessive for a business that doesn't appear to have a ton of customers. Reading the previous reviews it seems that they are all happy coming here HOWEVER I was not impressed. Really concerning that a 100 dollar prescription takes weeks to get and then 3-4 days to make. Instead of offering support or guidance, the pharmacist (or pharmacy tech because I wasn't given a name) coldly told me that I needed to call my insurance, find out what they would cover, and then contact my doctor and ask them to send in a new prescription. Let me be clear: I'm the patient, not the middleman. I'm in pain. I've already spent weeks navigating the healthcare system trying to get relief, and now I'm being told to run around doing the job that should be handled between the pharmacy, the doctor, and the insurance provider. The tone of the call was dismissive, robotic, and frankly insulting. It felt like they were saying, "Not our problem go and figure it out." No compassion, no attempt to help, just a wall of indifference. This is a pharmacy--a place people turn to when they're sick, hurting, and vulnerable. It shouldn't be this hard to get medication or at least be treated with respect. Walgreens, do better. Train your staff to care because right now, they're just adding to the pain.
