I have the letter from Humana pathways dated 8/13/25 that the LIFT CHAIR HAS BEEN APPROVED. I have spoken with them several times. Even spoke with Harmony to pick out the color of chair and went through the delivery process..then 3 weeks later I was told the chair hadn't been approved?! I'd hate for these people to fill meds for me..the owner said Harmony will reach out to me ...I made it very clear Harmony was the reason this was happening along with Jenna. Then he states make sure the Medicaid waiver has approved AFTER my statement says ...??!! The approval letter is dated 8/13/25 this is one day from Oct. Not sure what part of this they don't understand but, it's very frustrating. I emails Josiah a copy of the approval letter yesterday and still crickets from WB.

The people working behind the counter are straight up rude and have their air pods in while speaking with customers. It is always a frustrating task to go and pick up my prescriptions. My psychiatrist sends my prescription to the pharmacy, and I went to go pick it up. I got the notification on my phone that the prescription was sent in, so when I got there, they told me it was too soon. I was confused on what they were talking about, but then I asked her what she meant. They were talking about a completely different prescription... like hello? I got told it was put on "hold" which happens way to frequently there. So of course, I walk over to the other side to talk to another lady. She just stood there and looked at me blankly. My patience was decreasing by the second. So, I state my case and she just says, " I do not see that anywhere." When I say her eyes were rolling, I mean rollinggg. I then call my psychiatrist and tell her what was going on, she then calls CVS and the lady behind the counter was appalled. I ended up getting my medication, but damn this CVS is at my last straw.

The poor security guards they hire are usually very chill, but the manager was actively hostile. They also struggle to staff the Pharmacy so it's a complete gamble whether or not you're in for a wait. Also the parking situation is annoying. I don't care how convenient this location is, get your script filled somewhere else. Save yourself the headache.
