The techs are universally "can't get rights" and are slow as molasses. They can't do simple data entry, look blankly at you like there is no light behind their eyes and a simple call ahead for meds that they've already told you are ready, turns into a 1 hour wait because they are incredibly stupid. Consistently! The pharmacist himself is no better. Definitely mule kicked as a child. I watched him get into a shouting match with a perfectly polite customer. Why would you hire someone who can't control his emotions. I'm blown away CVS employs these reprobates. The place itself is also a dump, overrun with homeless chilling in seats reserved for people waiting for their meds to be filled. There is nothing good about this place. Nothing. Amazon prescriptions here I come.

I definitely enjoyed that. After that, we ordered our food. We got the shredded chicken quesadilla, shrimp tacos, and queso for appetizers. The queso was okay, it tasted like a standard cheese dip and could have used a little more spice or something to make it stand out. The quesadilla, on the other hand, was very good. It was well cooked and seasoned nicely, but I did notice that it didn't come with rice unless you order it separately. The shrimp tacos were also good and I had no complaints there. The staff checked on us a couple of times throughout the visit and were very friendly, which I appreciated. The restaurant itself also looked clean and well kept. Overall, I'd give La Terraza 4 out of 5 stars. It's a solid spot with good food and service, but it didn't feel like your traditional Mexican restaurant and the menu is a bit on the smaller side. A little known fact about these doughnuts is that they actually come from Nord's Bakery right here in Louisville. Sinfully delicious! They have a range of breakfast and lunch items, anything from biscuits and gravy to a burger and fries to tuna salad or soup. It's par for the course and does the trick if you are hungry and don't want to walk anywhere outside of the courthouse. The prices are reasonable and they also have ready to grab snacks too, including local treats from Kizito. Oh, and a medley of vending machines that contain all sorts of fun junk food and drinks.
