This CVS is hands down the worst CVS I have ever stepped foot in. Absolute bottom of the barrel. They never have anything in stock, ever. It doesn't matter if it's summer, winter, spring, or the apocalypse. Empty shelves every single time. Their email and app updates are completely useless and flat-out wrong. It will say your prescription is ready, then you show up and surprise, nothing is ready, nothing is available, and no one knows anything. The staff is unbelievably incompetent. Zero urgency, zero accountability, zero effort. Everyone looks miserable and acts like helping customers is a personal inconvenience. It genuinely feels like no one working there wants to be there or cares even slightly. I switched to Walgreens a long time ago for these exact reasons. Unfortunately, my doctor accidentally sent my prescription here because it was still on file. Huge mistake. Walking back into this CVS reminded me exactly why I left. This was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had with any company, not just pharmacies. Total chaos, zero organization, and absolutely no concern for customers. And before anyone thinks I'm exaggerating, just read the other reviews. You'll see I'm not wrong. Garbage location. Stay far away. Use Walgreens. Use Kroger. Use Walmart. If any corporation or store is guilty of price gouging in my opinion CVS leads the pack. A couple of examples, I checked the price for Nivea Essential Skin Lotion and CVS was charging almost $19.00. I checked and bought the exact same product at Walmart $ 10.98 for a 33.3 oz container. I've been getting my prescriptions at CVS for the past 6 years since I moved home. I just assumed after Cigna paid their part the price left for me to pay would be the same regardless of where I got the script filled. I win the moron award for believing that. My latest prescription had me paying $237 after my drug plan paid there share. That was enough to motivate me to shop around. I had CVS and Drug Mart want $237 and the hospital quote $161.00. The winner of this cost comparison was Costco a company I keep finding reasons to love. Their quote was $94. They got the business that day and for all future prescriptions! I'm amazed at how many people don't bother to check around for more favourable pricing on everything. Maybe if things get more expensive people will value their money more and not just give it to some price gougers like CVS & Kroger! read more

I came here a couple of months ago for a Covid test. It was an interesting experience, but I would come here again. They had a small trailer next to the building with a few parking spots allotted right next to the trailer for those waiting for their appointments. You stay in your car until they're ready for you. When you go in, there is a window between you and the nurse with a small cut-out at the bottom to pass things back and forth. The nurse was so nice! If I had to be in that small environment, I'm not sure if I would be!! She was efficient, and answered questions that I had. Overall, I had a good experience at this CVS. read more

The pharmacy never answers the phone. Then when asking to transfer a prescription to this location, the lady at the window asked ME for another CVS location number. Then had no idea how to spell my prescription and asked ME to spell it for her. She also wouldn't stick her head out the window because it was raining and kept asking me to repeat myself. read more

I find the CVS drugstores unethical when it comes to pricing of their products. They gouge their customers and charge 2-3 times the going rate on many of their products. They do have some pharmacy technicians that excel in their positions such as Gottfried and Katrina.However, they can't overcome the shortsightedness of senior company officials. They redid the inside of the store with the exception of the pharmacy. The area which is the biggest bottleneck of the store. Also, it is the biggest source of frustration for customers. However, CVS doesn't care or corporate management who could make changes. My advice find a different place where they value your times as their own. The CVS company pays lip service to customer service. Make sure that you price check CVS's prices against other stores. CVS was charging $11.49 for guaze which I purchased for $4.82 at Walmart. read more

I will NEVER step foot in this minute clinic again! All I wanted was to come in to get a check up bc I've the flu and an ear infection the past week. They were so angry and rude to me for no reason! How do you treat a sick person like this? Just bc I don't have insurance? I said I could pay ...It's not like I'm a drug addict asking for opioids I just simply need you to check to see if I have an ear infection and prescribe me medication .... did it make you feel like a tough person being nasty to a really sick person? Disclaimer: I used to be a Walgreens store manager, so I am more or less biased. What can I say about this store? It's the only 24 hour pharmacy within a 10 minute drive from me, so it more or less monopolizes demand for middle of the night prescriptions. I came here at 10:30pm. Poor pharmacist. He is so overworked being by himself, having to man the drive through and the pharmacy counter, all the while receive, enter, fill, and verify prescriptions. Back when I managed a 24 hour Walgreens, at 10:30pm I'd still have a pharmacy technician back there, and sometimes I'd be back there to help as well. Needless to say, this CVS runs a skeleton crew at night. Their customer service suffers severely as a result. But they don't have to care, because they are the only 24 hour pharmacy in town. Monopoly never seemed so real. The rest of the store was clean enough. The merchandising is pretty standard CVS fare, meaning that their store managers aren't very well trained at merchandising and putting together attractive displays. But then again, I'm putting my own standards here as a former Walgreens store manager. read more

do not work in any type of medical field if you have no compassion for others. this pharmacy has some of the rudest staff members i've had to deal with! i'm pretty forgiving and not one to complain about people unless they do something out of pocket. sad that this is the closest pharmacy to me or i'd switch. read more

This place is a total disaster. I always go to the one on Voice of America Drive, but since this one is 24 hours, I needed to use it for one of my prescriptions. I called at 2 pm to see if they could have my prescription ready early. They said they could, come in 10-15 minutes. I didn't end up getting there until about 3:45 and low and behold, it's not ready. I then got told 3 more times to wait 10-15 more minutes. I eventually went in and sat there staring at them until they filled it. Completely disorganized -- of the few times I've used this pharmacy, I've always had to wait an hour or more. Made me late for something I had to be at today. Won't be back to this pharmacy. read more

Horrible customer service. Pharmacist treats customers like they are cheating and pretty much asks for a background check if you are getting something stronger than Ibuprofen WITH A PRESCRIPTION from a board certified MD. I was in a car accident and asked me 10 + questions before filling my prescription. The following time I went they didn't have enough medication. I needed 60 pills and they only had 34! 34!!! And it's a common, non narcotic medication. To make things worse, his English is terrible. Never going back! I give them a big ZERO in customer service. read more

We got a script filled here after visiting children's urgent care while vacationing. The pharmacist was friendly and speedy, even though she said the night had been very busy. She was kind enough to ring out my other purchases too. Would shop here again if back in town! read more

These guys suck!!!! These are my last three visits in summary: 1) Refilled a prescription that I only use seasonally. Got scolding accusation from pharmacist about why I needed it. 2) Called in a refill: Got put on hold for almost 40 minutes. 3) Got calls from them that my auto-refill was ready. Wife goes to pick it up, with kids, they make her wait while they filled it. (what?) Then said the insurance was out of date...then they named an insurance company that I had around 4 years ago. If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited 2 and 1/2 hours past the appointment time and when I was seen I was told THEY COULDN'T DO A PHYSICAL. Rude NP. Talking in between patients, which was wasting so much time (may explain why they were behind 2 hours). Would NEVER recommend or go back. No signs were posted that a work physical would not be completed. A waste of time. read more

Our family has visited this CVS at least 50 times in last 2yrs. In the past 8-10months there's been a dramatic improvement in service. Friendly cashiers, extremely helpful Pharmacy staff and MOSTLY great experiences at the minute clinic (we had one visit with a grumpy Nurse Practitioner out of a total of 10-12 visits) I highly recommend. read more

The worst service of any pharmacy, and that's pretty bad because CVS in general sucks. We went to a late night Urgent care traveled half an hour after getting my prescription called in. We waited in the drive thru for 15 mins, then inside 15 minutes to be told we'd have to wait half an hour longer to fill the prescription. A ZPak!!! They literally have to slap a sticker on it. My husband went in for a sinus infection at 5:00 on a Saturday. The extremely arrogant, rude and unprofessional NP lectured him that he needed to see an ENT and that antibiotics would not solve his problem. She told him he needed to see his doctor. OBVIOUSLY, we wouldn't have gone to the minute clinic if our doctor was open at 5:00 on Saturday. Bottom line, when you're sick, the last thing you want is to have a medical "professional" be nasty, rude and downright mean to you. We ended up leaving and visiting the urgent care down the street. They were quick, courteous and gave my husband a prescription for an antibiotic. AND, they were cheaper. I will never set foot in the CVS Minute Clinic on Cincinnati-Dayton Rd. again. The NP that we dealt with needs a serious attitude adjustment with a heavy dose of bedside manner. read more

I had to start going here because my insurance changed pharmacies. On numerous occasions, they have short changed me a number of pills in my medication bottle, sometimes as many as fifteen. Never an apology for the inconvenience of having to go back. The last straw for me was their filling and billing my insurance for a $750 medication that I told them three weeks ago NOT to fill ever again. Their mistake cost me a loss of $150 and totally messed up my deductible being met with my insurance provider. Again, no apology for their mistake. Everything is automated; no personal attention at all. Even Walmart is better than them. read more
