Provider ordered med went numerous times to pick it up. They could not find it provider re called ,to check that prescription was in, pharmacist said they had it when we went back to pick up the med. The pharmacy tech said they could not find it again. Had to address it with the pharmacist and then they said OK give me another 15 minutes to fill it After four times driving to the pharmacy terrible service. Work together people!!!! read more

I was in the Westerly Crossings shopping center, so I decided to check for any good deals at this CVS. I saw some nice Peanuts Christmas cards and with the 40% off coupon, it was a great deal. So I got them. The line to checkout was a bit long, but they quickly added cashiers and we got out of there in no time. Nice customer service here. read more

This CVS location is quite large. I could be thrown off as our local CVS here in Charlestown is the size of a postage stamp however this one, located just 10 min away is so bright, clean and very organized. We visited recently for a rapid covid test and after registering online, we secured our appointments, pulled up to the designated area and waited for the tech to come out to get us. after having been five pills short four out of six months when I received my next prescription, I immediately went home and counted them. Sure enough I was short five pills I called and told them of the shortage. in less than a minute I was told to come and pick up the five pills. I'm not sure how they could've known this in such a short time. I tried complaining to management and to Cvs upper management only to receive the runaround. They were stealing my pills and then telling me there was nothing they could do for me when I was coming up 2 1/2 days short at the end of each month. The male cashier that waited on me was arrogant and condescending. He attempted to shame me for selecting a plastic bag over paper. Even after I told him I would be reusing it, he had to make a sarcastic comment. My only regret was not asking for another plastic bag. The store was clean and well lite. If you've been in one CVS then you've been in them all. Actually this is the newest CVS in Westerly & about a mile away from the other one. I don't know why we need 2 CVSs but this one isn't 24 hours. It's convenient to stop here on your way to the beach for whatever you might need. Most of the clerks are friendly but there's one manager that's unpleasant but no reason to stay away. It seems every time I try to develop pictures here there's some issue so I'd try the other CVS (or WalMart) to avoid any problems. read more

Nice, big CVS. Staff and Pharma people very friendly and quick. They have a huge vitamin and supplement section. Easy parking. Just not open 24 hours like Granite Street CVS, could stay open an hour later! Photo section is ok, staff is pretty helpful. read more

I'm not sure how much longer I can do this. I have 2 CVS stores within a mile of each other and both treat me like crap. Once again, I walked out of there in tears. In tears because I know I'm doing absolutely nothing wrong. I have a spend $30 on anything, get a $15 beauty bag free. It wouldn't scan because according to her, my total after coupons must be $30 which is wrong. I told her that coupon has been giving people problems and was told to override. She told me they've been told to no longer override. It's in their policy that everything is before coupons. The same woman I reported for the same exact situation. "Our policy has always been after coupons" is what she told me. I said you're wrong and you're supposed to be a manager? I said, you hate me because I use coupons. Every time I come in here and you're working, you start whispering to other employees. You come over to the register all cocky hoping you'll find I'm wrong but has never been the case. I said, this happened last time and I proved you were wrong. She treats me like crap for using coupons. The same woman that shooed me away when Ecb's didn't print I earned after seeing I spent $3 on an order worth $100. I've already reported this horrible woman and it did nothing. She said if it was something else, I could price modify so I said you can price modify that but not this? I said you're not price modifying THIS because it's FREE and you hate the fact it's going to me. I said you're not doing this because it's me. I said you hate me because I use coupons. "I don't hate you" Yes you do, that's why you always give me a hard time. I'm not sure how much more I can take of this. I need to find a nice store, a store that understands and works with you and doesn't put you down for trying to save money. Btw, reporting someone does nothing.
