I've taken off work to pick up prescriptions during open hours only to find out there is no pharmacist on duty and the pharmacy is closed. My wife has had the same experiences multiple times here as well. Staff don't seem willing to do more than what is minimally required to get you to leave. Know your insurance and know what is covered before going. I finally switched pharmacies as it is much quicker to walk into a store and get a prescription from a well-run facility than driving through here.

My dad died very recently and this back and forth with walgreens over medication that I cannot be without had me in tears...more than tears.
