Listen..it's time that we start fighting back against these corporations who treat those they are supposed to help as if they are less than human. I was left in tears after many calls to this location trying to track down a rx I had set up for delivery a week ago..a delivery that was still sitting in their location. Unbelievable. Alot of "it's not our fault you decided to have it delivered and it was never done. Not our issue". I am not able to pick it up and that is why I paid for delivery. My dad died very recently and this back and forth with walgreens over medication that I cannot be without had me in tears...more than tears. I asked for a manager thinking it was my only possible hope for some compassion..Ha! A guy with a very strong accent came on the line. I could tell instantly this was going to be another disappointment. After explaining myself again he put the phone down and to my absolute disbelief I could hear him complaining about me while telling someone that he doesn't have to do any of this for me. I think he either thought he muted the phone or that I couldn't hear him...but this just made things even worse. I am so sick to my stomach right now...I've got a call into the corporate office. This pharmacy used to be wonderful. Service was quick, it was courteous and professional. Now it is noncommunicative. When they post a sign that says this pharmacy is temporarily closed. They don't tell you when it will reopen or even if it will reopen. Or whether I'll be close for a few hours a few days or a few weeks. You can pre-pay for your prescriptions online but no where does it tell you that the code only lasts for 24 hours and it still shows up as your bank account debit. But you don't have your prescription because they won't take the code anymore. read more

Pharmacy is a joke. I needed an important med and it never got filled. I waited three days before calling. Everyone person I spoke to had an attitude. Long story short I was refused meds because I was "rude". After the 3rd call I was rude because of the service, lies, and attitudes. Before that I was told I could search elsewhere for the meds. Any other Walgreens I was at would call the customer and say we don't have your medicine currently. However, we found it at this location, we can transfer it or it will be here on a date. I may be wrong, but I thought that's how it should work. Every person escalated the situation and would hand me off yo someone else. They don't care. I was a long time customer in another state and never had issues with Walgreens. After reading these reviews this is a long time issue. Never got a call from the manager. It's a fundamental Walgreens issue. I really hate reviewing negatively and historically don't review. However, I would also hate for people to have to deal with what I did. I was talking to who claimed to be the acting manger and a cashier came over and put her two cents in. Addressed me as "dude" and the acting manager thought it was appropriate. I know they think they are right in their behavior because management and corporate allow it. I switched to a different pharmacy that is not a Walgreens, had my medicine in 20 minutes, the pharmacist ask if I have questions, and every person i talk to is friendly and caring. Night and day difference. I understand service and retail can be difficult but if you hate it that bad, go into a different field. I would not use this Walgreens! This Walgreens has ensured I will no longer be a customer at any Walgreens ever again after 20 years as a loyal customer. This store hurts the Walgreens with great team members that care. read more

This is my local Walgreens. I have had some issues on several occasions with employees not manning the film processing area. You can stand there for 20 minutes before someone waits on you. I asked the cashier at the main registers, and they said they would get someone, then I waited another ten minutes and had to ask again. They seem to ignore the film area and any customers standing there. read more

My family has tried to use this pharmacy for 10+ years. Yesterday my father had a surgery and the doctor filled a pain med that my dad was allergic to so since Walgreens always can't find the electronic Rx called in we drove to the Dr office got a paper one for a new med. We drove it over there. All well and good So as we get there the clerk in the window was on her cell phone paying no attention to us at the drive through is rude with no greeting takes the Rx and says that since it is the same office but different Dr they have to call it in. Ok all well and good I ask how long and explain that my dad is in serious pain. She said not her issue and it would be end of day. I tried again slto appeal to her as a person she refused The "head pharmacist" comes over and refused to help I get out of the car and go in and I start filming her on my phone she refused under law to give me her name her identification number which is required on asking. As I filmed her she reached across the counter and grabbed my phone to make me stop filming her she then slammed the gate on my head All of this is on video. Place is fucking stupid, their customer service is awful, they're never smiling, I stood, walking around for 20 minutes looking for something and wasn't approached or saw anyone that worked there, so I had to push the little button to even get help, also my bf used the restroom and he said it was the most gosh awful, foul smell he couldn't even piss !!! I travel a lot so I use many different walgreens and each ND every one of them has been courteous except for the walgreens in Orange, TX. The pharmacist there was rude and refused to fill my prescriptions and she was a total C WORD. Other than that experience,, walgreens has always been so nice to me. If there were zero I would give this review such rating. My mother HAD her prescriptions filled at this location until the day she only received half her pills during a refill. When returning to inform the pharmacist, she was accused of stealing the medication. Really? My mother is 75 years old, has lived in the community for 50 years and is not hurting for money. It isn't the idea of stealing that is outrageous to me - I'm sure it happens. But to blatantly argue with an old woman is ridiculous. How is it that this chain continues to put out such poor customer service, when they position themselves in the media as the number one location to fill a script? Rude. Pharmacy: Went in today to get a prescription filled and was pleasantly greeted by a pharmacist by the name of Channing. Although my prescription took more than the 15 minutes I was originally told (20 minutes), Channing apologized for the delay and was extremely helpful in finding the other items on my list. Overall, I will definitely be back for any future pharmacy needs. read more

If you are looking for rude, slow service, and sloppiness then this is the Walgreens pharmacy for you. I've been to this one several times and have never had a good experience. One time even though it was 35 minutes before the closed they told me they didn't feel like filling my prescriptions, but they would send them to another Walgreens, which they never did. Another time they told me my prescription would be ready in a hour, and when I went back 2 hours later it wasn't done and they left me sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes before acknowledging me. Today I went to drop off a prescription and once again they were incredibly rude and couldn't give me a time it would be ready. I will never go back, instead I will take the extra time and go to the one at 120th and Colorado where I always get awesome service. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used and I will never, ever use them again! The only reason I began using them was because Medicare will not cover my medications this year at Walmart, who gave me the best service ever. The small store on Washington in Northglenn, always had my medication. The pharmacist, Ben has argued with my physician over filling a prescription one day early because I was going to be traveling the following morning; which caused me to miss my airline flight. h He filled one out if my two medications, so I could have went on my trip; without travel insurance I would have had to pay another $300 to change my flight. He has real power ego issue! They have one tech who is friendly and the rest of them think they are God too. if anyone is needing a pharmacy, I would go anywhere but here. They are all rude and disrespectful to patients. the management of Walgreens and Medicare will be getting lengthy complaints from me. I have met with the pharmacist at the Albertsons who I will be switching to immediately. Any pharmacist who would disrespect a physician and their assistants, should lose their jobs. I have read so many bad reviews about him, the manager must not care about their reputation; which they obviously don't because they were obtained by Medicare patients. If I could give them a negative 100 stars, is what I would give them if it was an option. I will never spend another cent in this store! it won't let me post without giving them a star rating, so to warn future customers, I have to give one star, just to warn future customers. read more

I will never use a Walgreens pharmacy ever again! If you want to avoid wasting time, money, gas and energy trying to do the pharmacist job, then you should too. Benjamin O. told me my prescription was ready to be picked up when it wasn't. He told me to come back another day to get it and when I asked for more details regarding my prescription release he told me "he didn't have to tell me anything" or his name. This is the worst one yet, but I have also dealt with other issues at other locations, such as insurance covering generic brands or not because they did not bother to check your insurance or tell you if your insurance would cover it or not .after having to wait over a week when they said that they've ordered it, they never did. you have to call them and remind them to stay on top of them to do their jobs.
