On few occasions I've managed to escape here with only mild-frustrations. One time I asked a guy where TIME magazine was, he was appalled that people were still reading TIME magazine (they had an expose on Mad Men's final season, I'm a huge Mad Men fan and can't wait to see how the series ends) The employee just kept pointing to a double-sized TIME retrospective on Mother Theresa. Does Mother Theresa even bare a passing resemblance to Jon Hamm? Okay, yeah - maybe - a little bit. The lines are always long, and it seems like the employees would rather cut themselves open and bleed out in front of you than open another register. Their saving grace is the woman from cosmetics - who at least seems to have a handle on the fact that she is indeed working for a company and selling goods to people in a store. My fat roommate who wears the robe also hates this Walgreens, but won't say why - I can't imagine the horrors he must have endured here, if he's being tight lipped about his experience. My dog even hates the Walgreen brand dog snacks, and Mocha (the dog) once ate a carrot off the kitchen floor.

They are usually nothing more then a shopping mart you go to pick some ingredients for dinner, and end up waking out of with new curtains, 300 dollars worth of food, and other unnecessary seasonal odds&ends and seasonal decor. And so if it's 6:30pm on a Friday night and you need groceries, you pull up Yelp and see there is a nearby Walmart, your instinct reaction is probably to go to that Walmart it says is down the road from where you're at, and boom - you get what you need. Right? Wrong. This Walmart is the dictionary definition of poor management and care, ghetto, weird-os and other things you see about Walmart rednecks when you scroll through your Facebook or Insta feed. But don't worry -- there is a super nice Walmart that's not too, too far from here either. It's in a town called Pittston, or if you want to get technical, it's in Yatesville. There is so much better of an experience there and it's better taken care off. Go there instead. It's safer & much more convenient and only fifteen/twenty ish minutes up the road. Go check it out, don't go here. It's uncomfortable and not a good environment to be in.
