The store itself is I think the best on the peninsula (some of the others are, ahem, not so nice), and the staff is always friendly and will go out of their way to help you find things you need. And I *love* the pharmacy here! My prescriptions are always filled within a day or two (sometimes even the same day after being called in), and all of the staff doing vaccinations is terrific. Recently they called me to check up on upcoming boosters I needed to schedule, which I really appreciate, and they'll walk you through any info you might need about side effects. Drugstores are one of those things we sometimes don't give much thought to, but when you find a good one like this, you definitely want to keep coming back.

Also, if you're on I-95 and you're looking for a reliable place to stop that's SUPER close to the highway... consider Exit 53. My onnnnnnnneeeee issue? You're not supposed to take a left out of here (left = the way back to the turnpike, the Hannaford strip mall, Route 100 into Portland). I mean, I definitely do take a left out of here and haven't been yelled at yet, but you're not supposed to. I've never seen it busy enough here to warrant the rule, but you've been warned!

And you have a walk-ins allowed with no notices that state appointments honored first. There is no screen telling walk-ins how long of a wait there is going to be. There are toooo many seats too close together. Organize and honor appointments, DON'T over book. Have a front desk person that speaks and reads english well! All these little things adds up to a FAIL! AND your check-in kiosk said that you will text me when ready... That didn't happen. Either fix the computer/sending_device or remove the offer to text when you will be called-in. You have setup your waiting room and front office to fail, and they are fully failing because of corp mismanagement, which adds stress to both the clients and staff. Labcorp Do Better!!! FIX IT!!!
