The pharmacy is the most ridiculous at this location so choose another. I called asking about them printing off my prescription history and they specifically asked how far back would I need. So, I said I need a history for the last 10-15 years. I was cheerily told to just come on in and they would do that. I immediately went in to be told I can get 3 years only. And, I quote the pharmacist here: " So if you need more you will need to call your insurance and I know that sounds like a pain in the a*$ but that's all Walgreens will do. So I used AI to know better and As surely as God Almighty lives, I found the form for requesting the records by fax or email to a Walgreens which is set up for this purpose. Should a pharmacist be so sure to be so unsure and unprofessional with their speech? I appreciate you reading and doing well for yourself so advise another pharmacy and location if you want folks to direct you with real knowledge...about things pertaining to their job and/or Reason, in general.

Why five stars? One one occasion when they didn't have the medicine we needed, one of the pharmacists actually put on his coat and drove to another pharmacy to get it... WHILE WE WAITED! Is that awesome customer service. They have also stayed open for an extra ten minutes when I had to get my son's medication but couldn't make it there before closing. Can you believe that? What you get at ABD is old fashioned service that I thought perished from this planet in the 1950's. They don't have tap to pay, so if you don't have your physical card with you... SOL, babe. 4. The store could use a deep clean. 5. The self check out kiosks are the worst (the employees guarding them are also super unfriendly). There's like eight of them and every single time I come, maaaaaaybe half are operational. I also liked that there are different sections that have Maine Made items and that there are little signs that say "local" if you wanted to pick up some regional items. I really wanted to pick up some fresh Maine milk, and Maple BBQ sauce, but unfortunately since I was at the tail end of my roadtrip I couldn't take much expect for a small bag of salt and vinegar potato chips and my sandwich bags; however, if I come back to Portland, I'll know where I can buy some regional goodies!
