You know I come into the store because it's close right next to the terminal and it's convenient for me to get like a little drink on my way to work and everything most of the associates there are nice there's a few people that speak to me but they wasn't here today one of them was we spoken in the past or said hi to each other every now and then but she seem like she was mad at me but almost any other day it's like anytime I come in there they don't greet you at the door you got the old Hispanic dude that seems like he's grumpy you got one of the short Hispanic girls who's always has a nasty attitude then they look at you and like you're a problem they won't help you at the self checkout they sit there and laugh at you with the other customers and nine times out of 10 the associate will literally stand right behind you watching you like they have to use that self checkout when there's another one right there and there's another register right there but that's cool that's cool let's pick on the guy that normally comes in there almost everyday on his way to work and I love coming in the store like I said when I see those starting associates that I normally like you try to talk to or something I actually get happy but today they were just mad at me so that's cool it's click on the. read more

I have contacted and used the pharmacy several times with no problems whatsoever. They have bent over backwards to refill my wife's prescriptions in a very short timeframe. I could not be happier with our experiences there. Now there's this pharmacy in Haines City that was chronically out of the meds we need... but that's a different story. This one has never been out and has been the best for us. Be prepared to be greeted when you walk into the store. The guy at the counter is invariably friendly and offers to help you find something. And, if you take him up on his offer, does so cheerfully. read more

The pharmacy has no clue. My doctor sent a prescription yesterday they ordered and came on truck today they did not fill. I called in a refill they did not fill. Til I called and they told me they would have them ready in thirty minutes, so 45 minutes later I have to circle the building because they still don't have it ready and I'm in a long line in pain because they have clue what they are doing. The pharmacy manager is normally pretty good at handling this stuff but I don't know if she is here to direct them on what they are doing but if they can't fill prescriptions on time, they are having serious issues and will lose customers again. I changed pharmacies once and the manager asked me to come back because I have been coming here so long but of this is the service I get then I will have to change again!! read more

Worst experiences I've ever had with people while doing so little all I was going for was to pick up some medicine and after the 21 minutes I had already waited In line to get it the woman at the counter says no I just got it In, it's going to be another 15 minutes. And when I try to ask if i could just wait right then she walks away as if she's annoyed with me. Like who are you? Nobody that's who. Of course no managers around so I decided to vent and let the world know just how shitty this place is. Attitude is key. That is all. I'm going to Walgreens next time. read more
