This pharmacy is absolutely filthy on the outside. Every time I go (and my insurance insists I use CVS since Rite Aid closed) there is trash and food strewn around the entrance. Now the corporate leadership has decided they will not fill controlled substance prescriptions until the day they run out. Absolutely ridiculous. Rite aid filled three days prior to refill dates. I was not happy when we were forced to change but the disgusting store entrance and new policies are leading me to reconsider using Costco instead. read more

Your typical CVS Pharmacy but sets this one apart is the clearance items. I start my Christmas decorations shopping about New Years and this locations aways seems to have many items left when it finally goes down to 75% off. The staff here has always been very friendly and helpful on both the floor and the pharmacy. read more

Stood in long long line 35 minutes (with strep and covid) for a medication called in the day before. Got to register, meds not ready, told to come back in 30 minutes, came back 1 hour later, stood 20 minutes in long line STILL NOT READY! Asked to wait 15 more minutes. Went ape.... UNACCEPTABLE Same story every time! Hire some staff!!! read more

Total incompetence. Went in to pick up two urgent prescriptions. Told not ready and to come back 5 1/2 hours after called in. Now find that one is out of stock and will be back in stock in 4 days. This isn't the first time that I've had problems with them. Will be finding a new pharmacy. read more

I was at the seven main Street CVS the other day and I was treated so well by a young lady named Akeicia as a 70 year old senior citizen sometimes it's hard for me to see what I need to see and with such a variety out there to be able to show what is the best and given a good price for a senior citizen with a Medicare discount. Thank you young lady, we need more like you. That's why I'm on it I like to give a shout out to the pharmacist Jeffrey Jeff is a really nice guy he helped me when I was having problems with one of their assistants. That wanted me to take my problem to the manufacturer I didn't buy it directly from the manufacturer. And the manufacturer didn't create the problem. The problem was the wrong product was pulled off the shelf. I've heard this young man's speak to other people in this manner sometimes acting like you know it all makes you look foolish. read more

The pharmacy staff here is rude and incompetent. Don't waste your time here. They have got my medication order incorrect multiple times and they were extremely rude to me. They didn't act apologetic or anything. I would urge CVS to seek a new pharmacy manager/ supervisor ASAP and also educate the rest of the staff on correct and effective communication skills. These cashiers are slow as hell. I'm second in line with 5 items in my hand and have to wait 20 min so the cashier can go over step by step the Plenti Card Application with a 90 year old lady. The old lady wants to leave but the cashier is telling her to get the discount she has to give her address and email, etc. The old lady says she has arthritis and can't write. The cashier insists she'll type if in for her. TEN MINUTES LATER I'm still in line. I left, went down to target and got all the items significantly less and only waited in line 2 min. The funny part is the cashier called someone to come serve people ice cream while the line is clearly held up. I've never been to this location. I'm just passing through, but very poor customer service read more

Came in 9/18 to have my percription filled. The woman was nice and said it would take about 30 minutes. I wasn't filling good so I said id have someone pick it up later. The husband didn't get out of work before closing so my dad had to go there this morning at opening to pick it up. They tell him it's not ready yet. They obviously didn't ever fill it last night. How annoying. Had I known they weren't going to fill it unless I waited there I would have just waited from the get go yesterday. Def just taking any future percription to Walgreens. They are open 24hrs anyways. read more

You know- this location has been here for years and yes it's age is showing... but their Pharmacy is ALWAYS helpful and fast! I was at the Target CVS- and they sent me to the Main st location because they didn't have "enough" of my prescription. When I got to the Main St location I was joined by three other folks that were also at Target and were sent there too!! What? Are they out of several items? Having a pharmacy in Target WAS convenient but not when you have to wait in line to be told ...sorry out! Sometimes when I'm standing in line at the pharmacy it makes me think that I could be standing exactly where my mom (since passed) might have stood years ago. Brings me joy and memories!! a lady there named cecilia is incredibly rude to non english speaking customers giving them a hard time for not understanding some coupons. Instead of trying to help them understand what the coupons are for, cecilia belittles them and says derogatory words knowing that they can't understand her. This is unacceptable, especially from somebody who seems to be at a management position. read more

I have had about twenty prescriptions filled here on ten separate occasions.They will tell you they will be ready in a hour and every single time when I showed up a hour later they were not ready.They will then give you some line about "expediting" it which is short for actually doing their jobs and it will be ready a hour after that.I am actually stunned that not once have they fill a single prescription on time.I can't imagine what it would be like to be someone who has a time sensitive condition and having to wait double the time they claimed it will be ready in. read more

I wish there was a zero star option. I called to see when my prescription for mastitis was going to be filled and they said one hour. I am two weeks postpartum and my fever kept rising. My husband went on time to pick up the prescription and when He asked about the prescription, the pharmacists had horrible attitude with him and griped to a coworker something along the lines of "he can f***ing wait". He waited patiently for over an HOUR past the time promised, leaving his very sick, sleep deprived wife and not yet two week old baby home alone waiting. We will never return to this pharmacy and I've made a note of the names of the pharmacists so that I can file a formal complaint with the company. Absolutely the worst of all cvs pharmacies. I've been here 3 times now (for convenience it's right by my house) and every single time I've had a problem with this pharmacy whether it's my medications not being ready when they said it would be (hours after promised time). Telling me my insurance won't cover it and when u get there, it's covered. SO much attitude from the employees. They are very unorganized and you can tell as soon as you get there until the time you leave. I would strongly suggest you get your prescriptions elsewhere as I will. read more

This store may be the dirtiest business I've ever had the misfortune to frequent. The floor is filthy, not giving a good impression of what might be behind the counter, where they are filling hundreds, if not more, of prescriptions for people daily! One of the women that works in the pharmacy is AWESOME! Her name is Ergi (my apologies if the spelling is wrong) She is patient and knowledgeable about the nightmare-ish morass of paperwork in order to get the insurance to fill the prescription!! However the rest of the employees there seem apathetic at best and grumpy at worst. It just seems that a pharmacy is one step from the doctors office and SHOULD BE CLEAN AND TIDY in appearance. It also smells, not in a good way. As I am mandated to use CVS Pharmacy I will have my prescriptions sent to a different CVS, even if it means driving from Woodland to Davis. Extremely disappointed in the decline of this pharmacy. I've had poor service the last couple of times but assumed it was a fluke (5pm on a weekday, new staff, lack of communication between stores, etc.) but it now seems they just aren't managed well. Tonight I witnessed FIVE customers being turned away and told the staff couldn't release the medication until the pharmacist returned from lunch in a half hour. I understand the law that requires consultation on new medications but first, an RX transferred from another pharmacy is not a new medication (as was explained by one disgruntled gentleman who was attempting to pick up his recently transferred "new" medication he's been taking for 28 years). And second, having no pharmacist on duty between 5-6pm on a weekday - likely one of the busiest periods of time - is simply unacceptable. So essentially, they could not serve anyone with a new or transferred medication for over 30 minutes. By the time my transaction was completed, that was five different customers. Probably soon to be ex-customers. read more

If you have to use this particular location to get your prescriptions then know that YOU should always ask if the pharmacist is 'taking lunch' while you wait for your prescription. This has happened to me 3 TIMES! I told them I was waiting, they replied ok and advised it will be about 15 minutes. After 20 minutes each time I returned to the counter only to be told prescription not done, the pharmacist went to lunch and won't be back for another 30 minutes!!! Needless to say once-ok human error, twice-bad customer service, third time...you have lost a customer. The CVS front customer service for the store are always warm and welcoming but the pharmacy needs some customer service training. Very unsatisfied customer. read more

I have been going to this pharmacy for some time now and have not have to horrible of an experience until this new pharmacist started. He is absolutely rude. My first experience when he shouted out to all ppl in line everyone is gonna have to wait because all of a sudden everyone has a Rx to fill all at once and the wait was gonna be over an hour cause there is only one of him and he has to take a lunch. Well today I called to ask about my refills and after second question he hung up on me just it will be ready in an hour and hung up. I wasn't here for the pharmacy, I just stopped by on 10/26 because it's close to my house and I needed printer ink. I normally wouldn't even think to write a yelp review for CVS, but the two guys working checkout were so helpful and polite that I had to acknowledge it in some way and I didn't want to make a big deal about finding the manager. One of their names was Aaron, and I'm not sure who the other one was, but they pleasantly surprised me. They really made my shopping experience enjoyable :) read more
