Once they obtain your credit card information, they continue charging without authorization, and they do not respond to customer inquiries. I had already sent them an email before this most recent charge stating that I did not want to receive any additional peptides, but they continue to send them anyway.

Step inside to enjoy the stained carpeting but don't look up as you'll find where the stains came from with moldy or missing ceiling tiles. If you're looking for greeting cards get ready to be disappointed as the card sections are never more than half stocked. The store is so understaffed that the shelves often look like they are going out of business. The pharmacy is also so understaffed that they close in the middle of the day so they can eat lunch. If you try using the CVS app the staff can never scan the barcode so what is meant to save time adds time. Always a long line for the pharmacy and the store is expertly designed so the pharmacy line is in the aisle with the condoms, lube and massagers. Love this place! Avoid at all costs.

First, they made a mistake with my son's prescription and did not fill it correctly. Then, last week, I spoke with them about refilling a prescription and made it clear that I needed it by Monday. They told me that would be fine. When I went I was told that the prescription was not ready, and I was told no one had ordered it. The owner/pharmacist was dismissive and treated it like it was just a simple mistake. But this is medication. Pharmacies are responsible for people's health and safety, and mistakes like this can have serious consequences. One mistake was bad enough. Two is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

The storefront is modest, doesn't shout at you in big bold neon, but once you discover it you can understand why. I wound up here because New York State's DMV seems to have realized a fundamental fact - nobody likes dealing with them. In order to keep legitimately taking your money for driver's license renewals though, they needed someone to at least check that you're not driving with the assistance of a red and white cane. Their website pointed me to Precision Pharmacy as a place that would be able to provide me an eye test and then forward the results of that onwards to the NYS DMV so I could renew my license online. Total win - I walked in, headed straight to the pharmacy counter in the back, asked about the eye test, and less than 10 minutes later and with $20 to Precision I was able to entirely skip the DMV experience for another half decade. The staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I wound up lingering to marvel at the the breadth of product selection Precision has. I'll be back long before my license needs renewing to support this fine local business.
