Monday morning, 45mins before my pickup, you report there's a delay because it's out of stock...then 3. Never give an estimate on how long or an update on it 4. Thursday I check the app or online for a status...only to find out that it was CANCELED! I call the "local #" only to get connected to someone who is working remotely from somewhere & I ask questions. He says he can put it right in & have it ready for Saturday pickup (by the way, that would be 1wk since I requested it). I asked why it was canceled in the 1st place? He checks & tells me it was an insurance issue. I asked why I wasn't notified instead of someone just cancelling my script? He couldn't answer (of course, like always, it's the nobody who does all this stuff with your scripts!)...then 5. I get transferred to the REAL local store # & speak to a woman with an attitude. I tell her the whole thing over again. Of course, she doesn't know who canceled & why I wasn't notified. I gave her the insurance info (which I had already inputted into their system when I received the new card MONTHS ago). I asked for estimate for my pickup. She says it's up to insurance & it could be that night. 6. Friday I picked it up. 6 days after I requested it. What if this was a vital medicine that regulates blood pressure, heart rate, heart rhythm, clotting, diuretic, blood sugar, hormones, mood, organ rejection, asthma, infection, pain & etc?! Mine is for PAIN, a muscle relaxer! And no, for anyone thinking, I didn't wait till my script ran out, I had a few days left. This pharmacy is NOTORIOUS for playing games with people's prescriptions & this is not the first time they have done it with me. I've had them do this with other medications in the above categories listed. The longest time I was given the run around (nothing to do with insurance, but their ORDERING & STOCKING), was 3WKS! And because it was a schedule II, they REFUSED to transfer the script ELECTRONICALLY to another one of THEIR locations who had it in stock!!! THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!!! I hope more small pharmacies can return since these large ones DGAF about their customers!

They helped me keep current with all of her new scripts, refills and renewals. Working with my mothers health insurance we got all her major scripts on 90 day supply. Since my mom refuses to go on mail service this helped minimize the trips I need to make to do pickups. As a senior myself, who lives two towns over, that was appreciated Scripts are always ready when they say and everyone is very pleasant when I pickup her scripts. Between the early days of Covid , working as a community provider of vaccines and sheer volume I can't speak more highly of this team. I should note it is helpful to also make use of the automated tools in conjunction with the team here to make every trip to the pharmacy productive. it is also helpful to ask how each script works. Some can't be filled again until only a day or two ahead by Massachusetts law.

I stopped using the Lincoln st Worcester location because of how unprofessional and rude and unreliable and CONFRONTATIONAL their EMPLOYEES are!!!!! I am a single mother of a 6 year old girl and I am a full time EMPLOYED MANAGER of a business. So I'm fully aware of dealing with customers who have any issues. NEVER HAVE I EVER or WOULD I EVER scream and swear at a customer for ANY REASON!!! But tonite due to stock issues at other pharmacies I had to unfortunately, use this CVS again.... I'm on a medication that gives you physical withdrawal if you don't take it. I have been on it for two years now and never had an issue. This time I had issues with insurance so I had to speak to them in person. The "consult" worker who gave me the name as PRINCE, was beyond unprofessional and beyond disrespectful. HE was incorrect about a PRIOR AUTHORITY needed for the coupon MY DR gave me to cover the prescription. So instead of just acknowledging he was making an issue that was irrelevant for my transaction, he got confrontational, defensive, and so completely rude especially when speaking to a woman never mind a customer. Then the entire pharmacy had like a pow wow like little kids being bullies would. I swear I wish I was exaggerating this but I'm sadly not. Then when my doctor called them personally to sort it out and explain the same thing I already had, they yelled at my dr and told her that they were mad that "I YELLED AT THEM!!!!!?????" The pharmacy employees were rude and always unfriendly. Five pharmacists were standing around while the waiting queue became longer and longer. Fortunately, a friend from Maine recommended to simply change to a different pharmacy that's not as overrun as CVS. Since I changed to Market32 pharmacy inside Price Chopper at Pullman Street in Worcester, everything goes smoothly. My medications are ALWAYS ready for pick up. The pharmacists are friendly.

Solid convenience store located in the Burncoat neighborhood. They have a wide array of common…read moregrocery items to prevent a trip to the grocery store. The store is very clean and the workers are friendly. On a couple of occasions I've called to see if they had an item in stock and they were always willing to look before I drove in. The only bummer is they don't sell alcohol but otherwise have a you pretty much covered if you need an item or two and are trying to avoid a trip to the store.
