The poor customer service is ridiculous. I waited in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes. When it was my turn I presented a discount prescription card. The clerk said that I would have to get out of line so she could take care of the car behind me first. This car had just pulled up and did not wait as I had. I've been a customer here for quite a while, but the experience has gone downhill. They frequently lose my saved payment information, which causes unnecessary delays. Wait times are consistently long, and now they've made the process even more frustrating by requiring you to use their app just to pick up a prescription -- no option for a simple, in-person pickup without jumping through tech hoops. I went in to drop off first of two ups packages. Nobody was at the counter so I put the package on the counter and went back to my car to get the second package when a cvs worker stopped me. Said he didn't have room for the ups packages. I looked over to see a small stack of packages, not sure why he wouldn't let me add my two to it. read more

if I could give a negotiate rating I would, I tried to get 2 coke 0's, denture glue, an Mucinex. the attendant stood less then 1 foot from me with out saying a word till I looked at her. I'm a big guy at 6 foot 6. but what part of what I was trying to buy made her feel like standing 12 inches from a sick customer was ok. this store is very rude. go to Walgreen, do not shop here read more

This location is the closest in my hood that is 24 hrs. I normally only come here to make copies of pictures from either old photos or from my digital camera. I will say this store is normally pretty busy. They are always having some sort of wellness clinic going on in the parking lot. They often offer free checkups for a variety of ailments. I have only used the pharmacy a handful of times when my normal guys don't have meds in stock. The best thing about this location is not many people are making copies of their photos. The one downside is they only have 1 machine. The staff here is very friendly and I once needed to make about 400 copies of old photos and they really made the whole process very easy for me. This is my go to spot for making photos since the Wolf Camera in my area went under. read more

Worst pharmacy service ever! I have struggled to get my medication at each refill. They are forever trying to send me to other CVS stores that will have the medication once but then never again. At this point I refuse to be sent to a pharmacy that is greater that 10 miles away. I asked them if the other store can send it to their store or deliver it. I was told it could not be transferred to this store. I was told however the medication could be delivered to my house, but then they called me back and said that CVS could not deliver this medication to my house. They said that their process involves ordering it on line from the distributor. I asked them if they could pick up the phone and call the distributor on my behalf , they said they could not. My condition is deteriorating from the absence of this medication for long stretches. No one at CVS cares enough to secure this medication for a long standing customer even though they know I will need a refill every month. I hope someone with a conscience from CVS reads this and helps me please. Joanne C. read more

I finally received the results 7 days later. What is even more disappointing is that my daughter took her test 30 minutes later and had the results in 2 days. So obviously if you need to get tested, get tested but do not expect results quickly. I shop here weekly and love CVS for the convenience so take it as you will. read more

This is solely based on the pharmacy.. which is filled with idiots.. I called them over the phone to tell them what RX's I needed..TWICE.. and sent over a coupon for one of them.. I didnt have insurance yet so my grandfather was helping me pay.. He went to another CVS that was near him and had the manager of that store call the manager at the CVS where my RX's were (marsh/walnut hill) to make the payment over the phone.. Everything went through fine so I went to go pick up my meds after work. When I got there at first they couldnt even find it.. and said nothing was there and I had no RX's on file.. do what?? They finally found me after realizing they have two profiles for me..they said it was 300+ dollars. and i was like "wait a sec, this was already paid over the phone, what the hell do you mean 300 dollars?".. they pulled the two RX's i told them NOT to pull and didnt touch the two that i told them multiple times I needed and even faxed over a coupon for!! I had to sit there for another half hour while they corrected it and called to get the information again for payment.. They didnt ask to explain any meds to me when it said clearly on the slip "NEW DRUG - COUNSEL PATIENT".. a few months later I called another CVS to have my RX's transferred to that one and said i would be there in 3 hours.. when I got there.. nothing had even been faxed over from the original CVS. So the pharmacist called again and told them I was waiting and to fax both of them over ASAP... they faxed one over.. and still 20 min later never faxed the other RX.. back on the phone the pharmacist went.. FINALLY.. got both my RX's.. and finally they merged these two profiles together when I asked them to do it the first time months prior.. horrible.. I wouldn't use CVS period if I had another option near the house. They take too many scripts dont have enough people working there and they run around like chickens w/ their head cut off. read more

Purchase any five items at CVS, and then buy the same items anywhere else, and you will find you have paid 30 - 300% MORE at CVS! Another deceptive, dishonest CVS practice is to price mark at the shelf an attractive price for an item, and then at the checkout it is always 35% more. YOU MUST WATCH CAREFULLY THE PRICING AT THE REGISTER WHEN SHOPPING AT CVS...it rarely is the same as what was marked at the shelf location! read more

The pharmacy is pretty great here. They get you your medicine quickly and with their text message system, I always know when my medicine is ready. The pharmacists are also really helpful and try to make things right for you. Only downside is that they are always pretty busy, but I think that's what you are going to get with any major pharmacy chain. read more

The people that work here are nice and get you your medicine pretty quick. One lady there is very friendly. I can't remember her name otherwise I will put it on here. I do miss the drive up CVS pharmacy being that this is inside of target, but it gives me a chance to look around while I wait on my medicine. read more

Worst service ever from all CVS I been in my life, trashy store, cashier with bad attitudes specially the girl, she needs training very urgently, will never visit this store again with such a bad service, thankfully there is more CVS stores around my area but is really worthy to drive more to the other stores, they are way more customer oriented. read more

I'm in the medical field and have pretty high standards when it comes to pharmacies, when I leave the doctors office I've typically already received a text that my prescription is ready. Some pharmacies do not even tell a person they have a prescription ready! I can call them and speak to a pharmacy member over the phone quickly. They are VERY professional and nice. They all seem to know me even though I only have 2 prescriptions. Wonderful pharmacy, only place I've ever written a review or wanted to. read more
